Fantastic stabilisers, but lights require fast speed to activate, so wee legs struggle
My niece has been so looking forward to getting stabilisers on her “big girl” bike so she can independently ride her bike, which in turn will help boost her cycling confidence whilst ensuring safety.
The stabilisers were so easy to install as everything was included in the kit. I love that they even provided a wrench and socket wrench to save going hunting in the garage to try and find the right tools. It’s great that you are able to adjust them so they fit a wide range of bike sizes, so the stabilisers can transition with the kids to a bigger bike if needed.
The one negative is that in order to make the lights turn on, you have to be going quite fast, and at the moment, my niece only has wee legs, so she wasn’t able to go fast enough to make the lights go without help from an adult. I don’t think it will be long before she can go fast enough to activate the lights herself, but my niece was so upset that she couldn’t do it herself.

Great Quality Stabilisers - Require A Bit of Speed to Light Up
I’d picked these up for my 4 year olds first bike and we both were in agreement that they look great!
Fitting/Compatibility
Fitting is a simple task thanks to the included tools but as always, I’d advise using your own if you have them!
For awareness, my daughters bike is an Apollo Cupcake which came with its own stabilisers from new. This was as simple as removing the existing stabiliser wheels and swapping for these on the existing stabiliser bracket.
However, if your bike doesn’t have stabilisers, these come with universal brackets which can be repositioned as appropriate to fit different sized bikes.
Quality
The wheels are the type of rubber you’d typically see on scooter wheels and as such these will likely not remain transparent for long after months of use on the UK pavements/roads but that will in no way affect their performance.
Thanks to them being rubber, you might find that these are much quieter than your existing hard plastic/rattly stabiliser wheels.
Conclusion
The only complaint I have about these, and the main reason I have opted for 4 stars, is that in order for them to light up fully you need to be going quite fast. If your speed isn’t fast enough you’ll typically only get 1-2 of the 3 colours showing. This was something that my daughter was initially struggling with and was disappointing for her.
However, a little extra oomph from a dad push had the full colours glowing in no time (no injuries were incurred in the reviewing of this product! ).
I’d still definitely recommend these wheels.

Easy to fit and stay pu
These, if fitted properly, will not come lose. They’re very generic with multiple fitment. I fitted to 2 different bikes without any issues whilst my daughter decided which she preferred.
They do what they say, they look good and at this price i’d say were decent value.
Pink Led Child's Bike Stabilisers
I ordered these for my granddaughters 12″ bike as she has recently started to learn how to ride a bike and needs a little help, so thought these would be perfect for her first bike. The stabilisers were easy to attach to the bike and these come with all the tools you need to do this (2 Bolts, 2 Washers, 4 Locking Nuts, 2 Limit Spacer, Wrench, Socket Wrench, and 2 Axle Extenders). The quality of the stabilisers looks good and they stay on firmly without moving around once fixed to the bike, you just need to make sure you screw the bolts very tightly. The LED’s in the wheels when they turn is a nice touch and looks great when lit up in the dark. You also get a black bike bell but my granddaughter said it would be nicer if the bell was pink to match the stabiliser wheels as she loves everything pink at the moment.

Very well made sabilisers
This Stabilisers kit is both well made and very well thought out and very high quality ,
The wheels appear to have bearings wich is very unusual for stabalisers in this price range the hight can be adjusted to fit a multitude off bikes but its recomended that there approx one inch above the main wheels there very brighlty coloured and almost transparent but very high quality solid rubber is used so should last an age the kit comes with everything needed to fit them wich takes seconds and there very stong very highly recomended
£15 for a kit to use for a few months while learners gain their confidence
Why are there no pictures of the stablisers affixed to a bike in the product description, just photoshopped images?
Instructions in the box are poor, tiny white text printed on black! The instructions provided in the product description are better, much clearer.
These are stabilisers for when you only need your child to have a bit of extra support while they transition to the confidence of not needing stabilisers, so these only need to be attached for a couple of months, therefore, you don’t want to be spending a lot of money, and at 15, this kit fits that need.
When a child is learning to cycle, their focus should be on the task, not whether they are going fast enough to activate the lights out of view, I think the lights are a distraction (and may cause a child to turn their head and swerve the bike unnecessarily), so I wouldn’t tell the learner that if he/she goes fast enough then the lights will come on, that just seems like an accident waiting to happen!
The kit contains all you need to attach and use for a few months. Hubby inspected it, was satisfied with the quality, but said it was important to keep checking the nuts are tight enough as it is an ‘add on’.

The bell is slightly different than the one in the photo, and it is silver.
You get everything in pieces so that will mean having to put it all together. The instructions are on one sheet because they are pretty simple.
