This is my second review ,first review I gave 2 stars ,but after receiving fantastic customer service within 24 hours , product works fine! But untill I called dreo,I honestly thought I was going to return this ,

Basically when you first switched on ,it will heater up for 40 mins either eco mode or power mode ,then after 40 mins you can adjust to a temperature of your choice untill 40 mins had gone you can’t do anything ,to keep costs down ,use heat one setting after 40 mins you can now use it ,at this time of writing I’ve not actually tested it yet but I assume all be okay
