Was not expecting it to be this big, with 3 of these I can see how useful it will be on a garden job. For me I’m using it to throw veggie scraps to use as a composting bin. Setting it up was fine except the wire lining was a bit difficult to insert.

Supremely large, tough and resilient. Not quite the size of our 1 tonne bags, but plenty large set of three for our large garden and poultry keeping needs. They are reusable and the weaved heavyduty plastic nature of these bags ensures they dry quickly and fully. I can even store leaf matter and chicken manure in them ready for the compost heap with our worry of the contents becoming excessivly mouldy.

These have been stored away for their next use having now been used to collect all the autumn leaves with the aid of our trusty leaf blower.

For years and years I have been going to our recycling centre with a car full of prunings and twigs, invariably leaving random leaves and bits of rubbish behind that lurked in the vehicle’s upholstery for ages afterwards.

Until now, I hadn’t grasped that it didn’t have to be like this and that there was a far superior method of transporting waste. What useful and helpful things these garden refuse bags are!

Now I can shift huge amounts of twigs, loading and emptying them far more rapidly and with much greater ease. Made of thick material, these bags are extremely strong, and with sturdy, durable handles that won’t let you down. Because they contain such a massive volume, there’s never any overspill into the depths of the car, which is a huge relief.

If you want them to stay upright in use you can insert the rubber support strip in the top rim, but for my purposes this wasn’t necessary and I managed perfectly well without it.

They have revolutionised my visits to the tip and I wouldn’t be without them. A great find!

The ‘Eurhomewit Garden Waste Bags 3Pcs 120L’ arrived in a bag, that also contained what appeared to be foreign instructions, but they have English the other side.

It’s not until you open the bags out you realise how big they actually are. Installing the strip around the rim to hold the bag open took a several minutes and could have been easier.

The handle near the base to aid in tilting the bag to empty helps keep the bag in shape and therefore things slide out easier.

Out of good practice I would not leave the bags is direct sun for long periods as it may affect the materials it is made from.

    Criticism;

The plastic strip that needs to be inserted is straight cut, but would be better if the end was rounded, as the cut edges tend to catch as it is pushed. It would also make it easier when pushing the end through the eyelet.

Had lots of stuff to take to the local tip including garden waste and general waste so ordered these.

They come very well flat packed so all you need to do is open them up and get them ready to put waste in them, they come with a little rubber insert so that you can make the top round if you wish I did not use them as I didn’t need to for what I was using but if you like to have your waistbag looking a little bit nicer then maybe you would be bothered to thread the plastic insert round the top. It’s a simple and easy design ,I like it but I do not need it.
The material itself seems very hard wearing but be aware if you were putting leaves and garden waste in them they seem to be waterproof so I would cover them up if they were staying in your garden for a little while otherwise you may possibly have a very heavy weight on your hands.

I managed to put absolutely loads of garden leaves in 2 of them, and any other one I managed to put various amounts of general waste in them so I can take them to the tip.

These garden waste bags seem a really good quality reusable bag, I have never used anything like this before and I can’t believe I have missed this kind of trick all these years lugging things to the tip.

This was a brilliant purchase and I’m really happy with it so overall it’s got to be a five-star review.

These bags arrived flat packed in a simple plastic bag.

I got the 272 litre version which is 78cm high and 67cm diameter. These really are quite large and are just what I wanted but be aware that they are quite heavy to handle when full so the smaller (120 litre) ones might be more suitable for some people. I’ve attached pictures of one next to a garden bench for scale (that’s a 1m rule in the pictures).

I’m using these for tidying up leaves and general gardening waste which can then be tipped into our green garden waste bin. These are also very useful for transporting waste in the car to the local dump if you have a lot. The addition of the side handles at the bottom makes tipping out really easy.

The bins arrive flat but when you unfold them there is a black plastic strip that threads into two eyelets in the top rim to keep the neck of the bag open. Once this is inserted the bag stands up by itself. This is a little awkward but only takes a few minutes.

The fabric they’re made of is strong and weatherproof and all of the handles are well stitched to the bags (see pictures).

I usually buy my leaf bins from the local discount store (the type that have a wire threaded through that spirals up the outside of the bin to keep its shape). These are okay but we need to replace them regularly as the wire always ends up sticking out and it makes the bins difficult to handle. These bins are much more sturdy and look like they’ll take quite a lot of punishment.

At 17.99 these are roughly twice as expensive as the leaf bins I normally buy but they’re far superior quality. Whether they’re worth it depends on how long they last and I’ll update this review when I’ve used them for a while, but for now I’m giving them 5 stars because of the sturdy quality of the fabric.

These garden waste bags are huge. Absolutely massive. They are really well made, strong and durable. They have handles on the side which are thick and strong, which helps manoeuvre the bags. The bags come with strips that slip into the rim to keep the bags upright when in use. The strips need inserting yourself, and it’s a really simple and quick process of just feeding it through, but will help immensely when filling the bags. They are absolutely brilliant and I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

These are handy bags for general garden use with a sturdy strip that ensures the bag stays open and doesn’t collapse as soon as something touches the rim. The bags are constructed from a thick material that feels strong and up to the job of holding various items of garden waste.

The strips need to be inserted after delivery, but this takes just a couple of minutes and is a straightforward process. The bags are then ready to take fallen leaves and trimmings before the contents are emptied onto your compost heap or into your garden waste bin. Very handy.
