Not a bad little hoove
It’s a handheld vacuum, so of course you need to have reasonable expectations. It’s not going to have the suction of a Henry, but it’s really not bad.
As has been mentioned, it struggles with the mats, but then so does any normal vacuum I’ve had, cordless or corded, I think that’s just a given because of how they’re made. It’s decent on the upholstery though, and is better than the one I bought and gave away a few years ago due to it’s lack of suction.
The cord is a decent length, and seeing as it plugs into a lighter socket, you don’t need a huge cord. It’s got a bag for storage which is very handy if you’re thinking of keeping it in the car.
All in all, not a bit bit of kit!
This is a pretty impressive bit of kit, to be honest – it feels solid, well built and not likely to break at its first proper use. It has a decent capacity for the gunk and junk it sucks up — it doesn’t need to be emptied every couple of minutes – and it’s powerful enough to suck up quite a bit of stuff. It’s so much more convenient than your average garage vac, and probably more powerful than most (certainly much more flexible, and with the extender hose this vac can get into most of the nooks and crannies around and under the seats with ease. It comes in a handy carry bag which holds all the tools too – it lives happily in my car boot now so it’s ready to be used whenever I feel the urge (I have to say the urge doesn’t hit me that often).
Picks up visible mess.
This product arrived in a branded box. You get the handheld hoover, attachments, a power cable to plug into the cigarette lighter, and a storage bag.
Its a bit of a struggle to get everything into the storage bag, they have to go in a certain way.
My car is kept quite tidy, we don’t have little children and our dog doesn’t go in it, so the only mess on the floor is what is taken in on shoes and when the doors are open. There always seems to be some stones in the drivers foot well and when i take the mats out to clean them there’s always stones and grit under the mats as well.
This hoover is good at picking up visible mess, I found the rigid attachment better than using the flexible hose, the suction seemed better.
However, the suction isn’t that powerful, it managed to pick up the visible mess but it did take numerous attempts.
Its suitable to use inbetween deep cleans but you can’t beat a hoover with a brush that rotates, suction alone doesn’t do the job.

Great car hoover never knew how much I needed one of these up until I received one !!Such a game changer and well worth the money This is super powerful despite being small and light weight and genuinely works a treat!! Very portable as well as you can fit it into the boot of the car without taking too much space. This also comes with different head attachments which is perfect as you can hoover into the most tightest of spaces which is great. This is also perfect if you have young kids as we all know how our car ends up once they step foot inside!! Overall would definitely recommend! Less time consuming & really convenient to have and use. Great product and works really well

the quality is good and the accessories make it especially good. It comes with a spare filter too which is excellent. The cord on the power cable going to the cigarette lighter is long enough to get into any corner. Very pleased
picks up dirt effectively
i bought this hoover for my dad as he always likes to keep his car clean. he’s tried lots of different hoovers but cant seem to find one that has a lot if suction power. thus hoover has 106W / 8.8-amp motor, all you need to do is plug its 4.8-meter power cord into your car’s cigarette lighter socket and you can clean all the nooks and crannies of your car. it also comes with two attachments that help you get to those hard to reach places like the insides of the cup holders or down the side of the seat. the hoover is really well made can easily attach and detach the different nozzles. it comes with a bag to keep all the bits and pieces together so great for keeping in your car boot. its lightweight so can easily clean your car without getting tired. the decent cable length means you can clean to the back of your car. it has great suction power and can pick up dirt well. the great thing is that it works by connecting in the cigarette socket so no need to worry about it running out of charge. overall its a great little hoover, decent price for the 12v power. a great handy hoover for cleaning the ca
More suction than I expected
This little vacuum has more suction than I expected. Got it for our camper but did not expect it to perform very well, to be honest. It works well though. Obviously not as powerful as big vacuums but good enough for daily cleaning. sucks up crumbs, loose dirt and small stones no problem. It is very light and does not take up much space so ideal for campers / motorhomes.
Powerful little car vacuum
We have a small handheld vacuum for in the house that we use often and we were looking for a 2nd for car use. This one seem to fit the bill as it comes with a car lighter adapter and a crevice tool. It is very powerful, we haven’t had any issues of it not picking things up. I love that it comes with a storage bag so it’s not just sitting out in the boot loose. Having the wet option is also a huge plus. The hose feels a bit plasticky but for the price I really can’t complain.

In conclusion, the FARNAJ Handheld Car Vacuum Cleaner offers more power for its compact size than I expected and for a family on the go, where accidents happen – I think this is the device’s strongest practical value.
Definitely better than my last one...
This is surprisingly good for a mini 12V vacuum cleaner, getting most of the ‘usual’ stuff up easily enough.
It works best on the upholstery, but the carpets need a bit more work of course… the typical weave on the floor carpets tend to grip/hold onto dirt that even tests some normal-sized vacuums, let a lone this little lighter-socket version.
It’s certainly better than the last one I tried (although a few years ago now) where the suction was so bad you would have done just as well with a dustpan and brush.
The vacuum will pick up the normal grit and stones that’s brought in by your feet getting in-and-out of the car (better with the narrow attachment fitted), but does struggle a bit when the waste compartment starts getting full.
That happens with any cleaner to be fair though, so it just needs emptying more often.
Unfortunately I’m one of those who wait until the car REALLY needs a good clean before getting the extension lead and ‘big’ vacuum out to do the job. I know, I know 🙁
As this one is all kept together in a little carry bag, it’s easy to store in the boot permanently, it will encourage me to use it regularly in order to keep on top of things cleaning-wise (good intentions?… we’ll see as winter approaches!).
It’s a decent little cleaner, and I reckon as good as you’re going to get for a 12V vacuum in this price range.

Car use only
I had ordered this for my daughter as she has guinea pigs which causes mess that needs cleaning up every day, so hoped this would be useful.
However it comes with only the option of using it in the car having a 12v plug that goes into the car
It comes with the hoover, 2 filters, additional nozzles, a carry bag and a charger with a car charging port.
It looks good. Only comes with a car charger, so can’t use with a normal plug which lets it down.
It’s reasonably priced at 22
Great little cleane
A great little cleaner for what it is. Once it’s plugged into the cigarette lighter there is plenty of cable to be able to to reach all round the interior of the car. The attachments are good, especially the slim nozzle that fits down the side of the seats. It’s more useful for cleaning the crumbs and debris that accumulate in the car but it’s not capable of an in-depth valeting; it did not make much of an impression on the floor mats, for example. I did not use it to mop up liquid. The case is a nice touch and will keep all the bits together in the boot.
I think it’s well worth the current price of 22 and would make a very acceptable gift to a car owner.
Surprisingly powerful
I was pleasantly surprised with the how well this handheld vacuum cleaned the car. It is fairly powerful and works really well at vacuuming the seats and removing loose debris. It isn’t the best at cleaning the footwell rugs but the brush attachment helps with this. The brush is also really good at fitting between vent slats to remove dust. The car vacuum comes with a handy storage bag, which fits the vacuum and all the extra accessories (extra filter, thin nozzle, extension tubing). It is powered through the car cigarette ignition port, so you can only use it in the car with the engine turned on. The lead is quite long so you can easily clean all areas inside the car, and the tubing extension is good if you have a larger car/van. This is a really good item for the price and as it’s so compact it now has a permanent home in the boot for whenever the car needs a vacuum.
Impressive car hoove
Really impressed with this car hoover. Nice sleek black design with plenty of accessories, for dust and dirt. Love that it comes with a travel bag to keep safe if leaving in your vehicle . Good price and quality. I would have preferred option of being able to use and charge in the car but also in the house. Need to have engine on and plugged into cigarette lighter in car to use
