Navigate to the PS5 “setting”-System-Power Saving-Features Available in Rest Mode-“Supply Power to USB Ports”, select the “Always” option.
3.When the controller’s battery level is at approximately 80% or higher, if you unplug and then reconnect the controller, the controller’s battery protection feature may prevent it from charging. To resume charging, wait until the controller’s battery level drops below 80%.
Bought this stand for my PS5 Slim. Works great so far! LED lights show when the controllers are charging and when they’re done. Cool LED lights around the base can be changed and personalized. Best thing for me, was the fact that it doesn’t need to plug into the wall. It actually plugs into the USB slot on the PS5. The base also has a USB slot to make up for the fact that it occupies one on the PS5.
I love it so far and would definitely recommend it if you need a vertical base for your PS5. It has some cool features, was easy to set up and the price was awesome!
Auf den 1. Blick sieht es etwas billig aus… aber die PS5 steht sehr stabil drin und Lfter luft ohne Probleme und berhaupt nicht laut. Das Lichtspiel ist auch ein cooler Eyecatcher. Mit der Ladestation fr den Controller war es erst etwas hakelig und er hat einfach nicht geladen. Aber nach etwas hin und her funktioniert es jetzt ohne Probleme… und am Licht darunter sieht man, dass es ldt und wann er voll ist.
Wrde es wieder kaufen :-).

Only thing I would say is that the charger stands for controllers could be more stable. Always worried about breaking the pins when I put them on.
But mostly excellent stand
PS5 slim fits perfectly and is solid in the base. The fan’s are quiet in operation but the lights are a distraction for me. I also found it akward to put the controller onto the plug in base as it seems to be a flimsy connection. Other than that a good buy.
The PS5 fits onto this perfectly.
Feels like the PS5 is more stable with the slightly wider base.
Everything charges perfectly on this, no problems whatsoever.
The fan is quiet, and doesn’t make it any louder vs using without.
Reassuring to know the PS5 will be kept a little cooler during the warmer days.

This charging stand with a cooling fan is a great addition to my gaming setup. It keeps my PS5 Slim cool during long gaming sessions. The RGB lights add a cool aesthetic to my room. Charging my controllers is fast and efficient, and I love that the stand matches my console’s color. It’s compact and doesn’t take up much space, which is a big plus.
My daughter is use this with PS5 and says works well.It holds console securely and been vertical stand it takes up less desk space.Buttons on front to control fan and charges controller as well as having LED lights.Does what is says on box
Since Sony don’t pack a vertical stand for the new PS5 slim console in the box any more (It’s a seperate purchase can you believe) I was going to have to get one myself. Technically you don’t need a stand but it feels more secure to have the console be on something that has a rubber base that provides a little more stability. I don’t think it’s even possible but I always worry I’ll pull a cable when I have my PSVR head set on and my console will slide right off the shelf.
First impressions, this stand has a feel that’s similar to the PS5 itself, it’s made of thick, strong, slightly rough plastic that has a certain heft to it. The setup was really easy, just place your console on the stand, use the screw provided to secure it then plug in the cable provided from the stand into the USB port on the back of your console. Finally you will need to go into your PS5’s settings – System – Power Saving – Features available in Rest Mode, then set the USB ports to always supply power…simples.
There’s two buttons on the front, one is for power and fan speed, the other for the different light options, (Seven colours and two colour cycle options) It looks good when lit up even though I prefer the basic white light.
The fan itself is quiet, I can’t honestly say if it has any noticable effect on the temperature of my console. It was pushing warm air out of the back of the stand so it is doing something, I don’t have a way of measuring the temperature inside the PS5 though so I can only guess if it’s having an effect.
For me, the two charging stations for my controllers was the biggest plus. You’ve always been able to plug your controller into your console with a cable to charge it or you could pay a little extra for a controller charging station. Now the stand itself is an optional extra so you may as well buy two in one and save a few quid. My one and only critique is the use of the USB-C port to charge the controllers. Because the USB -C port is on the top of you have to turn the controller upside down and since you can’t see what you’re doing you have to fiddle things around to get them to fit. Not a massive issue since I’ve only used it for two days but it was noticed.
All in all a good product, excellent quality, looks good and does what it says on the box.
Remember this is for the new PS5 slim which as the name suggests is slimmer and smaller than the original console. The old PS5 won’t fit on this stand.
Slightly frustrating that my Black Friday order for my PS5 was cancelled because it was over subscribed but at least I have this great quality stand!
Really well made stand and controller charger. Touch sensitive buttons on the front to control the fan and the LED illumination which can be a single colour or cycling. Fan has three speeds and is very quiet – as I don’t have my new PS5 (grrrrr….) I cannot comment on how efficient the fan is!
Comes with the stand, a fixing screw to secure it to the PS5 (assuming you have one), a USB A to USB C to connect the stand to the console and some instructions.
Very neat and seems reasonably priced for the quality.
