Uncomfortable??
I have suffered from fallen Arches for 30 years plus. I suffered then when playing sport (Rugby, 5 a side and Squash). Through our podiatry clinic I got an early form of these. Were they tough plastic… yes. Having in middle age developed more regular discomfort I have invested in these and what a step forward in comfort. Don’t expect them to last 33 years but being able to buy them so easily is great.

I was sceptical with it being half a foot that it would move about but it really doesn’t it has helped so much with my pain in my feet I cannot recommend enough
Fit well in different shoes. Does not slip down like others I have tried.
