good product.
I was really impressed how this hose expanded when the water flowed through it and the extra amount of length it provided. The connectors are numerous and very well made, one for every possible need I imagine.
I don’t like leaving the hose lying around on the ground so the addition of a dedicated hook is welcome, just need the other half to attach it to the wall.
Overal, this is a very good product with plenty of use when (if) we get some warm weather again. Four out of five.

These pipes are a modern wonder and I love them! I dont have an external water tap so this extending hose comes from the tap and its amazing. It really does grow in length as the water fills it and that has the effect of adding extra water pressure which is very useful.
Because of its design, the expanding and contracting, its almost impossible (almost!) to tangle the pipe. This makes draining it after use a breeze. Absolutely love this item
Lots of connection options, good quality hose
Tricky to review this at the start of winter, but from my testing the connectors are good and snap in securely and it comes with a lot of connectors / adapters
The spray adapter is a nice touch, but might not be right for people wanting something a little more substantial
The water pressure is adjusted by a plastic rocker on top of the handle, which is fine I really prefer a click handle with more solid metal parts
The hose extends out sufficiently for my garden size and expands as advertised
Also comes with a bracket to hang it on which is a nice touch, as these do not behave like a normal plastic hose, but become very limp and noodle like which is good for storage but can look messy
Everything You Need In A Hose Kit!
This hose comes with a storage bag, which is quite neat and useful – you don’t need to leave it outside, but there’s also a hanger supplied if you do. The brass connectors too are also indicative of quality components, as is the fabric sheath.
There’s also a multi-nozzle spray gun included, as well as various connectors for your tap.
It expands 3x, i.e. from 5m to 15m under water pressure.

This is a sadly exciting product for me, it’s just a hose, and I can’t quite put my finger on it, but there is something exciting about the use of a gokd hose, cleaning cars, bikes, and this will allow you to do that. It’s compact soze makes it easy and tidily to store, while is expandable nature means it stretches more than enough to get to where I need.
Comes with varying tape connections allowing me to connect to either my gardened, or kitchen tap and the hose head is good too, with a range of spray modes it does a good all round job to clean what ever you need to clean.
A massive upgrade from a standard hose
The hose comes packaged in a nice drawstring bag with a carrying. There is a good storage hook which can be used to hang the hose up when not in use, which is a really nice addition. The hose comes with solid brass attachments which is a massive upgrade from the rubbish plastic ones which come with most hoses. The spray head is great, it has rubber grips and is very straightforward to use, with a variety of spray options. The hose itself is brilliant, it doesn’t tangle or kink and the way it expands is like magic. Kinks and how it constantly tangled/ was difficult to store made me procrastinate using my previous hose, but this has completely solved the issues. I now look forward to washing my car, or pressure washing the patio. 5*
A big hose in a small box, and no kinks!
It’s so odd having a long hose that comes in a small box! Inside the box a drawstring bag comprising:
1) The hose, with a metal (brass?) standard “hozelock” female type fitting on each end
2) A multifunction spray nozzle
2) A bracket for hanging the hose on the wall. Neatly this can just hang over the outside tap
3) Three spare washers, a roll of ptfe (plumbers tape), and various tap adapters
4) An instruction sheet.
The instructions are easy to follow and, surprisingly, worth reading as this is not quite the same as a “normal” hose. Once attached to the tap you need to extend the hose by turning the water on. That’s right, the hose “grows” due to the water pressure inside as it is made of a soft fabric-like material. Nothing like a conventional, stiff hose.
It “grows” to about 15 metres and is then ready to use. One HUGE benefit of this is no kinks! The pressure pushes the kinks out.
I stress the importance of reading the instructions because when you have finished using it and are about to remove from the tap beware! It is, of course, still full of pressurised water, so you will get very wet if you just remove it from the tap as the water sprays out and the hose contracts. You need to:
1) Switch the tap off.
2) Open the spray nozzle to drain the hose.
Then you can remove it.
I am very impressed with the spray head. Having been through many over the years this one is of a slightly different design to others I have owned: instead of a lever there is a thumb bar that you push up to open and increase pressure, pull back to lower pressure and turn off; it works easily and gives fine control. The spray head itself has ten different spray patterns; the most I have ever had on one. It has a “Hozelock” male fitting and seems a decent bit of kit.
All in all I am impressed with this. Time will tell how durable the fabric is; I obviously won’t be leaving it outside over the winter. As it is so small when not in use it should hang in the shed in its bag. Neat!
Expanding garden hose ki
This hose expands in use from 5 to 15mtr then shrinks when the water is turned off. It comes with everything you need to get watering. If you already have a threaded outside tap then the fittings supplied should fit and allow the hose to slide on to the tap fitting, the other end of the hose has a fitting to slide onto the multi spray pattern watering spray gun. There is a black hose hanger to use when coiling up the hose after use. Also included are some spare rubber sealing washers, a roll of PTFE tape, a fitting to use on non threaded taps, some instructions and a black storage bag with drawstring.
I cant comment on its use yet as we have currently more water from the heavens than we know what to do with but come spring it will come in very handy.
