Rechargeable torch
Purchased two torches which were not expensive, found them to be good quality and a good brightness for what I needed, after reading all the reviews for other torches I settled on these, a good choice in my opinion.
Reliable, performing, handy.
I wanted a samll torch that would easily fit in my coat pocket. I was also fed up with buying batteries. This small ightweight rechargeable item is excellent, in performance and value. IT has a very bright setting, and a less-bright (and presumable less-power demanding, mode. It can also be set to strobe, but I cannot imagine a circumstance where I would require it to. And best of all, there are two of them in the box.
Bright!
Had a lot of battery torches with Cree LEDs and was very impressed but over time not only did they all go missing but they used quite a lot of AA batteries. So I tried these rechargeable torches with variable focus. Well I’ve only had these a couple of weeks and so far I’m impressed. Equally as bright as the earlier Cree torches but with variable focus which I thought was a gimic but no, it’s actually a useful feature. I can’t really say how good the rechargeable batteries are yet but they’ve lasted well so far with no noticeable drop in brightness (the Cree torches would have started to dim by this stage). And even when they do dim there’s no expensive batteries to buy! On the whole a satisfactory purchase and I will be buying more.
distance is not grea
i use this torch for dog walking at night although it serves a purpose i found the beam to be very wide with not a lot of distance i would prefer a slightly narrower beam with more distance.
Excellent Item
Nicely made item with a good quality feel to it. Very bright light with plenty adjustments that can be made to the beam pattern. Being rechargeable means no issues with batteries inside deteriorating and leaking.
Just one niggle. If you have big hands it’s not easy to lift the rubber recharging tab.
Very brigh
Very bright torches has three go settings and still bright when changing to a narrow torch lighting
Can see clearly into the distance and helpful to have two while one is charging
Bought these for winter evening dog walks, and ideal for it! Nice and bright and a good focused beam to search for deposits, but also good with the wide spread when walking.
Fit nicely in a pocket, and the charge seems to last well.
Good size, disappointing battery life
The torch is a good size and very bright but the charge capacity was a little disappointing. I was surprised how quickly when not in use the battery charge depleted. I’d buy again just need to be mindful that if you charge it but don’t use for a little while it will need to be recharged.
Pretty good for the money
Not the brightest but I just need it for dog walks, not shooting down night bombers. I would have considered and extra star but the charge cable on one of them is a bit unreliable and the little rubber cover on the charge port is damn fiddly to get out if you have big hands like me.
Decent Torch
Good and powerful for such a small torch. The downside to this is that it won’t last more than couple hours on brightest setting. Takes quite a while to charge too. But when it’s going it’s good enough.
