HP Laptop what else can I say
HP is my preferred laptop of choice. This is for one of our engineers who some how dropped his out of a 1st window.
Powered up OK, good long battery life. Windows Home is a slight issue but at least its no in S Mode
Windows 10
I got the cheap version and upgraded the insides ram and ssd and downgraded to Windows 10. If you’re here for touchpad drivers , audio drivers etc… then save yourself 6 days and get a driver updating software to do it. Iobit I used in the end. Trust me, its easier than looking for what you need for Windows 10 to work.
Good laptop, good battery life. Now its got 1tb ssd and 16gb ram.
Needed to replace my old HP laptop. Didn’t need one for much more than internet searching and for using Microsoft office. Wasn’t sure about switching to Windows 11 but it’s been fine. This model is lightweight compared to my old one but has the same keyboard layout. Very happy with my purchase.

Price was good for the features.
So far just using it with Microsoft Office products and browsing the internet.
Haven’t used it yet for any significant concurrent tasks but so far I’m liking my purchase.
Only a minor negative comment is that the keyboard doesn’t feel super robust as the keys feel a little ‘light’
Can’t complain as this laptop, with this spec, was a good price.
Hopeful of many more hours of use.
I bought this because I wanted a cheap laptop as a backup when travelling round with work
And it’s perfect for that. Very light. I only use it for simple office tasks – email, internet, spreadsheets etc. The screen lacks high end clarity but that’s why it was cheap and cheap is why I bought it.
HP i5 laptop
It’s quick which is a real step up from my previous laptop.
Mainly use it for browsing and shopping online, but I know it’s capable of a lot more.

after using 2 weeks, the laptop can say very good and value for money. the setup when start the laptop was smooth. screen big enough to watch videos and play games. running very well.
for 300 quid this is amazing. i had a hp laptop before this one, it lasted 5yrs and i bought a new one bc the old one had always been slow.
for the price i expected it to be just as slow and annoying as my old one, but its not! its fast and i can do my school work on it. i even downloaded ts4 and a lot of mods onto it and it ran smoothly!

This laptop comes with windows 11 S mode pre-installed which means you cant download any apps unless their Windows apps, this includes security features like McAfee. We also found that this version of Windows 11 really affected its performance, slowing everything down and making it non responsive at times to the point we thought that the laptop was defective. However S mode can be easily turned off and this had an instant affect on the laptops performance.
The size, and weight is perfect for my 8 year old daughter. It weighs less than 1.8kilos! Laptops have evolved incredibly over the last few years.
You can also add any HP product via the HP Support App for iOS and Android. Enter the serial number to ensure you’re covered. My HP 14 x360 spectre has HP’s door to door service and care pack package because it costs over 1K, so the 3 year cost of HP care
Pack is something you should certainly have if you’ve got an expensive laptop regardless of the model.
Comes with SSD and comes and all ports needed except a CD dock which is the normal in 202x.has thunderbolt charger and Type C USB charger, and other ports. This significantly makes it easy to maintain especially with windows 11 pre-installed.
I always edit my reviews should I encounter an issue to make sure other buyers are well informed.
PS- This model was made in China and wsnt available on HP’s official site on the day of purchase.
