Amazing!
I bought this for my wife for Xmas and she loves it. My wife had been complaining about neck, shoulder and back pain possibly due to working from home at a desk in front of a computer all day. She can plug it in whilst working and gets instant relief, she now uses it most evenings before bed and it aids a good night’s sleep. Brilliant product which my wife highly recommends
Needs support.
This massager works well if you’re not small build otherwise it needs a cushion underneath to keep it up on your shoulders. It works well otherwise using your arms to keep it in place.

Wished that it had ‘gel’ balls but the balls are fine and fairly comfortable in use

While it excelled in delivering deep tissue kneading and comforting heat, the ergonomic design left room for improvement. Great massager.
Works really well especially on the shoulders, this gives a great massage with multiple options on heat and depth of massage. Would be ok used in the car if you were a passenger, I was impressed that the car adapter was included. Good for the price.
Quite possibly the best ever item i have ever bought.
This massage machine is a must for every single person that has ever played sport or suffers from muscular discomfort. It’s awesome, all my family use it and this is the second one we have purchased. Amazing value for money given the return i get from it.
WORKS WELL
Bought as a present for my daughter. She loves it and has helped with her knotted shoulder muscles. One small niggle is that the control is in an awkward place to adjust when you are using it.

If you’re thinking about purchasing, buy it, immediately! Have had terrible neck pain for a few months, think it’s related to my work which leads to bad posture and tech neck! Couldn’t even turn it to look left and right when cross the road without an agonising pain. I bought this and a neck stretcher (also from Amazon) both have helped enormously. This was a little painful to use initially, could feel it crunching through the multiple knots in my neck and upper back but after 15-30 minutes I felt like I was back to normal! Doesn’t get as hot as I anticipated/takes a while to warm up. Also comes with an adaptor for the car, so I’m excited to try it on the long commute home.
Well made and hard wearing
I buy one of these things about every 6 months!. I have 3 slipped discs and a lot of lower back pain, so use it pretty much every day. This one is no exception to the others. They all do a decent job. It is definitely only temp relief but at times vital. Good product. Will update when it conks out!!
After reading some of the reviews for this product I thought I’d give it a go. I’ve suffered with chronic shoulder and neck pain for the last 6 months and have been unable to turn my head to either side properly because of it. I used this for one cycle today and could feel it crunching through knots in my shoulders within 30 seconds (sorry for the expression) – After using it a couple of times throughout the day I can honestly say that the movement in my shoulders and neck has improved so much already. I highly recommend this if you’re suffering with any sort of pain but also if you fancy a bit of self pamper and your partner won’t do it for you

This is so good to deep massage all areas. I recently bought a massage pillow but found it hard to keep in place as the vibration caused it to move around. So, not relaxing. This massager has 4 rotating balls, heat adjustment and surprisingly easy to wrap around parts of the body needing massage. Although if you pull hard on slings it can hurt but so easy to adjust and speed can be adjusted also. This was one of the cheapest but is proving to be so good, I would have paid more. Arrived very quickly and in a lovely hold-all bag. Not heavy as some reviews have suggested.
This is far from being tender. Very firm and powerful. More like a sports massage than soothing. The impact can be adjusted by how much you pull down on the straps and angle on your neck. Be careful to not hurt yourself in an attempt to pull in too tight.
Overall does the job of loosen shoulders
Oh my goodness! Struggling to believe I have finally found something to help me! Straight out of the box, positioned as best I was able on neck upper back. Not easy to get the right spot straight away. Used only on speed 1 and with heat. Oh my goodness absolute bliss. Very intense but able to move it up and down a little every few minutes to accommodate pain threshold never thought this would be soooo intense .. it’s absolutely brilliant. I can feel immediate relief from just one 15 minute session ! Would most definitely recommend! Might buy another to keep in my car for travels! Blooming marvellous piece of kit.
Bought this as was suffering from neck and back pain and stiff neck. Reduced from 50 to 30, I thought why not.
First things first, I scrutinised the reviews and came to the conclusion that the plug it comes with is obviously dangerous and so I bought a different higher quality 12v 3a dc cable which works perfectly and actually although smaller than the original plug is much heavier so that tells you something.
Secondly, it’s quite heavy and awkward to place on your neck and until it’s on, you won’t really be able to position it to your liking.
Thirdly, the massage itself is very firm so expect the first try to be a bit sensitive or cause a bit of pain.
It automatically turns off after about 15 mins which is annoying because that’s when you really start to feel the heat and your body gets looser so I always wait 5 mins and go in again.
You can literally use it anywhere that it feels nice which is a bonus, SPESH for us who’s partners will give us a massage but after 5 mins complain that they’ve been doing it for an hour all in all, its a good quality piece of kit for the price (minus the adapter.) don’t forget to buy one of your own.
I thought this was a ridiculous thing to buy but it was on offer and my back gets SO sore – I’m in permanent need of massages and figured this was worth a try as it’s cheaper than a salon! It is a bit ridiculous – my husband laughs at me when I’m sitting in bed with it – but oh goodness does it work. It’s blissful. You can feel it sitting there crunching through the knots and can reposition it where necessary. The only reason I’ve dropped a star is because you do really have to have an arm through it to pull it down and hold it in place. It would be great if there was some way of fastening it so you are hands free. I don’t know why there’s a car charger – you definitely couldn’t drive with it, though I suppose it would be nice for a passenger. But I just sit in bed and read a book and it is fab. I haven’t tried the heat setting yet so I do need to do that and will edit this if needs be, but all in all it’s a great piece of kit.
Holy hell, what just happened to me? As massages go I can’t complain but please be careful when you receive this product. Turn it on and scroll through the three settings. Do not assume it is on the lowest setting!
I bought this to help relieve tight muscle groups associated with a frozen shoulder. It became instantly obvious that one side of my shoulder was solid and the other one not so, so I persevered through the full fifteen minutes plus heat. Did it hurt? yes it did. Does it say in the instructions “do not use if it hurts”, yes it did. Did I take any notice, no I didn’t! Mistake number one.
After fifteen minutes, apart from the initial pain my whole shoulder set did feel like it had loosened up quite a bit, so I went for broke, threw it over my shoulder and went for it again. Brilliant… I felt a lot looser!
I went to bed feeling quite smug and looser in the shoulder department than I had for months.
Then at 4am I tried to roll over in bed. The pain was akin to someone tying your arm to the back of a car and having them drive off at 30mph! It was so bad that instead of fainting I just laughed.
To say I was bruised was an understatement. No colour, but everything was very broken! Underwear, not an option, clothes a struggle and a day of finding my own stupidity amusing whilst trying not to cry.
Now the intial damage has gone down I have had another go, having determined that my first session was undertaken at a level I now refer to as “last survivor in a pub brawl”, and now using level one that is referred to as “pushy queue at the bar”.
Aside from my abject stupidity and existing injury, it’s a great machine which delivers exactly what it should, but would benefit from an led light to tell you what level it is on and not rely on you guessing. My advice if you are purchasing is make sure you take it out of the box, turn it upside down so you can see the knobbles moving, add heat so the lights come on to make the knobbles easier to see and then observe it on all three levels to make sure you get to start on the lowest setting! It comes in a cool little bag and also comes with a car adapter so great for anyone who knots up on a long car journey. Just check the level you start on or you may arrive in one piece but feeling like you’ve been in a head on collision!
Bought as a gift for my wife, but I think I use it more!
It’s quite easy to use, your arms rest naturally through the hoops, and this in turn holds the massager in place on your neck/back.
Be advised it’s quite a hard massage, and will get quite deep in to the muscles, not for the faint-hearted. That said, if you lift your arms up slightly you can control the pressure a bit.
A couple of things could be better. Firstly it’s narrow, and whilst this is good for your neck, it’s not going to cover your shoulder blade and misses your deltoids completely. You can put it on your shoulders but then there’s nothing to hold it down with, other than your other arm. It doesn’t really work. Secondly, you have to sit forward or upright to use it. You’re not going to be sat back in a comfortable position, rather you have to sit up quite rigid, or hunched over, neither of which lend themselves to relaxation.
In summary, it’s a good massager, we use it a lot, but don’t expect a particularly comfortable relaxing experience. It’s more of a sports massage rather than a relaxation massage. We use it for those problem muscles that get knots.
Definitely worth buying!
I’ve always suffered with knots in my neck and shoulders and try to go for a massage when I can. Since working from home constantly I was getting terrible neck ache because I must’ve been hunching forward to my laptop. My husband was sick of me asking him to rub my shoulders so I decided to purchase this so I was able to sort myself out! I didn’t know whether it was just going to be a “fad” purchase that I wouldn’t use much. But it’s AMAZING!! Plug it in, slot your arms into the loops and off you go. You can manipulate the position of the device yourself using your arms which is great. And it really is quite a firm massage. Especially when you move it up onto your neck. I sent my sister a video if me using it and she purchased one straight away and has used hers everyday!! I wouldn’t give up my hands on professional massages, but this will definitely help in between and is a godsend at the moment when we are in lockdown and can’t actually go for a proper massage! My husband wishes he’d bought me one of these years ago!!!
Bought this for the wife as I’m absolutely useless at giving a massage of any kind. Normally she is a zero tolerance for tat and gadgets but after reading the reviews I talked her round. Came yesterday and shes used it twice already and plans on using it a lot more. She works hard and wont use specialists due to confidence etc. But this is amazing (her words, not mine!)
Easy to plug in, apply as much or little pressure as you want with the very handy hand grips thingys (sorry lol) easy to fold away in the handy bag, can be carried almost anywhere and used in the car with the included car lighter power lead.
Not overly complex to set – on or off, 3 speeds, change balls rotational direction, and put on heat or dont.
Was prepared to pay the full price but at the checkout I was offered a voucher so worked our even better.
Fantastic buy, great value for either discounted or full price, easy to store and most definitely works.
If your cautious about your buys like this I would say take the risk – most definitely the best gift I have bought her (cause she tells me if it’s a crap one haha).
