    Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersThe mat is superb, not painful at all, and it helps release my back and thighs from spasms. Pillow is not as comfortable and hearts to use for more than a few minutes, but this eases with time, (doubled my usage time since new) . Bag is very useful to keep a nosey cat away from things

    I have back pain fromusclr spasms which cause trapped nerves my first use put me in a deep relaxation and I literally lost 35 mins. I believe I was asleep. Let’s see how long term it works but so far all reviews are saying it works.
