Brilliant desk
This is a great desk, not too bulky, easy to put together, looks smart and is simple to operate. Move from sitting to standing in seconds which is great for homeworkers that don’t want to just sit all day
Great Desk
I thought for the price I paid I would be getting a cheap nasty desk that was hard to put together. But credit where it’s due, this desk is excellent for it’s price point. It was very easy to put together with easy instructions. It looks great, seems very well made, its sturdy and it arrived early, I’m dead chuffed with it. I was a little concerned that the desk panels may be a bit thin for my dual monitor clamp stand, but no, it’s handling it well and I’m really pleased with this purchase.
Value for money sturdy Desk.
Such a good desk, if you’re into arts and crafts and like working by sitting, standing or both, then this is the desk for you. Easy to build and has 3 programmable height options which perfect.
Will be Perfect for people of different heights too. Would be good for those who work from home or those who like gaming as really caters for everyone.
Not as sturdy as it looks - but so far so good
I got the 140x80cm desk, and quickly realised I needed more space. The photos, without any cables, make it look way bigger than it will be once you set everything up. Then again, I have a particularly full set-up with a drawing tablet.
On that, the desk is not as sturdy, specially where the keyboard would be. It WILL warp over time, I know, and I will definitely modify it to be stronger.
Instructions were not as intuitive and a little hard to follow – not gold standard for accessibility.
If it weren’t for the huge discount I got, I would say that you may be better off looking for other desks with proper top panel and a little more support to the actual top.
Solid desk for money
Prices of standing desks are ridiculous at this moment, so I had to go for something Chinese this time, which I usually avoid. And I must say, this desk did not disappoint. It’s sturdy, functional, easy to assemble, and the packing is neat. Pity the board comes in 4 pieces, but I guess this is what makes it cheap as well, so I cannot complain. And I knew that the desk would come in 4 pieces. If I hadn’t, I probably would have been upset with it. The information could be more visible though so customers don’t feel cheated. It would be fair.
That’s the only issue though. The desk is great for money. I hope it will last long.
Amazing value for money!
Great for the price, easy to assemble and provides all the functionality I need.
Only downside, I don’t understand why the table isn’t just a single block as opposed to 4 blocks you have to assemble.
Beautiful work from home desk
A fantastic and versatile desk – perfect for working from home.
My only criticism is that I didn’t realise the wooden desk top was in parts, and this would show lines rather than being one large piece of wood.
Nothing major but just a slight design flaw.
Amazing value
For the money I can’t fault this. Range of the lift is amazing, certainly fast enough, presets make it so easy.
It was a bit daunting in the box but surprisingly easy to put together with very clear instructions.
Could teach some other flat-pack companies a thing or two!
I brought the 160 x 80cm with oak top. As others have said it comes really well packaged, and it really is very well labelled and the instructions are clear. There was only one point where I got a bit confused, but I re-read the instructions and looked again and found where the piece needed to go. It was probably the only image that wasn’t quite clear.
The box is heavy but manageable for two people. To be fair, I emptied the box in the hallway and carried the pieces separately (our house is upside down so our living spaces and office are upstairs so that was easier to do). On my own it took me about an hour and half to have it up and running, honestly the instructions were so simple. I have a dodgy back, hence the need for a standing desk at home, so I did need to get help to do a couple of bits where you have to move and lay down the table top as one piece and then flip and attach the legs, and again when the whole piece needed flipping over to stand the right way again.
if I didn’t have my back issues I’d have managed on my own without a problem. So it would be possible for one person to do it.
It’s a really smooth and quiet motion, and it was really easy to set pre-set heights so you just press a button and goes where you want. Up to 3 heights, and you can change the speed of the rise and fall.
I went for 80cm as I wanted the depth. It’s enough space for my laptop and extra monitor, my stereo, a desk light, a few little books and some stationery bits and pieces and still have space if I need to lay anything out next to me as reference.
Can’t fault it, and to have it assembled and up and running within a two hour mark, really happy!
A must buy before the price increases!
This is possibly the best value for money purchase I have made in 10 years buying from amazon! The desk was wonderfully packaged with all items well protected. All items were clearly numbered and the instructions were very clear. There are also spare parts and options for wheels or pads underneath the feet.
The desk is aesthetic, very sturdy and the motor is very quiet when raising and lowering the desk. I purchased the smallest size (120cmx60cm) and this is plenty big enough for a laptop on a stand alongside a 27 inch monitor, a keyboard and a mouse, without the desk feeling crampt and without it taking up too much space in the room. The weight of the monitors etc. does not cause any problems at all to the stability or raising and lowering of the desk.
This is an ABSOLUTE STEAL for the price; I wouldn’t be surprised to see the price increase at some point soon. I could not recommend this desk enough!
Looks good and is great value
Although you could see it in the pictures and it is mentioned in others reviews, I was a initially little disappointed that the table came in 4 separate parts. Ended up adding wood glue for my own sanity but it did look to sit flush and no real gaps in-between once assembled.
It’s not the most sturdy especially at higher heights but It does look good, the size is practical and works well. Finally, got this at a great price so can’t complain really.
Easy to assemble. Fantastic build quality at a decent price. Definitely recommend and would buy again.
Note that the tabletop comes in 4 pieces so once assembled you will see lines but it sits flush.
Not an issue for me but just in case someone might dislike.

I took a chance, given the price. The box turned up and it was the size of a matchbox, and weighed a ton… maybe 30KG… upon opening I found that it was very well packaged indeed. Each piece was individually bagged and numbered, all the nuts and bolts etc were present and correct, and they were individually bagged (rather than being just chucked into a single bag where you have to sort them into piles). So far so good.
The instructions were good and in a book format – a little small if I’m being picky – but they were clear, comprehensive, and easy to follow. The desk went together quickly and easily, and the quality is really very good indeed. It took about an hour on my own, with just a chuck from the other half when I had to turn the frame upside down to bolt it to the desktop. The mechanism is smooth, fast without being scary, and quiet. The cable management tray is a great bonus, as are the headphone hooks and USB charging ports on the control panel.
The thing that surprised me the most (and made me smile) is that the packaging is laced with lavender oil! The whole room smelled fragrant as I was constructing it and it was coming from the box! I’ve had budget kit before that has smelt of stale cigarettes or damp cardboard, etc, but they had clearly gone the extra mile to make sure that this was a product that was enjoyable to work with.
This desk is a a bargain, great quality, and works great! At this price point it is very definitely recommended. 5 Stars.
I was going to buy a more expensive desk but for various reasons I bought this one instead. Overall I’m impressed as the legs and raising mechanism seem very sturdy and the design is generally very well thought out making the construction process very straight forward. There are a couple of minor niggles though – firstly the Velcro that’s supposed to gold the power brick to the under side of the desk isn’t sticky enough to hold the power brick up – it seems to stick to the leg better. Also the cable management tray could do with being a touch bigger. Minor stuff though and I’d still recommend the desk.
Had this delivered (a day early) and got it built within an hour or so, with a couple of tea breaks in between.
The desk itself is very sturdy and feels like it’s built to last. The lifting mechanism is very smooth and quiet and having the presets for different heights is a real big bonus and saves having to mess about trying to get it correct each time.
Really happy with the desk and I’d advise anyone who is considering getting a standing desk to get this one. I mulled it over for months but it makes such a difference from being sat in one place every day.
For the longest time, my partner and I struggled to find a good replacement for her overbed table. She’s unable to walk and spends a lot of time in bed as a result. There’s hardly any tables out there that rise up to a suitable height for her to use and for me or someone else to comfortably move it out of the way. So we thought of standing desks where this one ticks all the boxes.
Goes all the way up to 118cm, handy preset height buttons, sturdy construction, and the 140cm length easily covers her bed without knocking into anything. Sadly had to remove the cable tidy tray from underneath as it bumped into her air mattress console but we’re very happy with this desk.
This product was delivered quickly on time. It was very well packaged with all the corners protected. All of the components were clearly labelled and was so easy to put together. It took me about 2 hours to assemble with the minimum of effort and fuss. Once it was fully assembled and plugged in it worked perfectly and set to the height I wanted. This table is a superb quality and I am very pleased with it. I recommend this to anyone who is fearful of self-assembly. It is the ideal table if you want various heights to work on.
