I drive a Toyota Corolla, it has Android Auto support but only when plugged in with a cable and not wirelessly. This little USB plugs into your USB-A or USB-C (via the provided adapter), once the car is on simply pair your Android phone and that’s it! You should be able to open Android Auto on your infotainment.

I’ve tried it while the car was in idle, while running, it all works very smoothly and I’m super impressed. Definitely a worthwhile purchase if you’re looking for wireless connectivity without breaking the bank.

Firstly, when you purchase the product you get sent a PDF copy of the instructions. Clearly shows you how to update the device if required.

Once the product was at hand, all I had to do was plug it into the car and connect to it using my phone. Very quick process within a minute. Every time I now turn the car on it connects within 5-20seconds.

Amazing product with 0 issues. Have used it for 4 weeks now.

    100% worth the money.

This device allows you to wirelessly connect your android phone to your car. Simple to fit into the USB port it negates the need for a wired connection. For me it also solved a problem I had as frequently, despite being connected via a USB lead, the connection between the car and my phone would fail. Since installing this it has worked flawlessly and no drop outs or interruptions when Android Auto is navigating you to your destination – brilliant! It also allows full integration from your phone with WhatsApp, Spotify etc – again all wirelessly and no annoying dropped connections. When you get back in your car it connects quickly, you don’t have to do anything again after initial installation which is simple in itself. Very pleased all round – an excellent bit of kit I wish I’d brought ages ago but no I had to try umpteen different cables thinking that was the issue. All sorted now!

This works an absolute treat. Plug it in the the USB in your car, search for and connect to the device on your WiFi and you’re done.
Connection is almost immediate and absolutely seamless. Response to using the screen is the car is identical to using wired.

There is a couple of small downsides which won’t apply to most people.
Firstly, my wife borrows my car once week. When she starts it up, it immediately connects to my phone in the house. She has to move out of WiFi range to connect her own phone.
Secondly, I was trying to connect to my dashcam to download some footage. Despite disconnecting this device and changing the settings to not connect automatically, it constantly reconnected anyway, stopping me from connecting to the dashcam until I unplugged it.

That’s it. Even my downsides point to what a strong signal it has and how stable the connection is. It does what it was designed to do and does it extremely well. I was originally put off by the seemingly low price, but I’m glad I chanced it.

Perfect product. Flawless connection every time. Best value for money. Overall very happy with the purchase. However noticed that it doesn’t work if the phone is connected to VPN (may be its a restriction by Android auto itself). But it’s not a big issue can be fixed with split tunnelling in VPN settings.

5.0 out of 5 stars Flawless connection. Easy set up. Recommended

This is a great product that eliminates the need to physically connect my phone to the car via a cable. The device uses bluetooth and wifi, so that the phone connects automatically to Android Auto within a few seconds of starting the engine. It was very easy to set up, and connected first time. We have used it for around a month now, and have had no problems at all with it.

I already have a different brand of this product in a different car which set up easily and works seemlesly.

This product was cheaper and didnt need setting up on a pc first and got a good review so decided to try it. Its now working, but it wasnt seemless as expected and doesn’t always start up on its own like the other one does.

It arrived quickly and does include instructions.

    Item ticks every box.

Our car (2020 Seat Leon) came with wired android auto, which I am a big fan of, especially maps.

My other car has wireless android auto, and the wired aspect really detracts from the service. Enter this wireless unit: Small, sleak, and almost instant to set up. The phone connects to it as soon as the car door is opened and by the time the car is running my phone apps are available.

We have this set up on 2 phones (Samsung S23 Ultra & Samsung A54) and it’s consistently good between both of them.

Couldn’t he happier and with a very competitive price, I’m happy with the purchase.

5.0 out of 5 stars Works flawlessly. Easy to set up

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersThe Android Auto Wireless Adapter has been a bit of a splurge, but after several months of use, I can confidently say it’s been worth every penny. Setting it up initially was a tad confusing, but once configured, I haven’t encountered any issues with its performance.

The seamless connection it establishes with my car and phone is truly impressive. After the initial setup, it connects instantly every time I’m in the car. This hassle-free experience has made my daily commutes much more convenient.

The compatibility with my S23 Ultra is spot-on. The audio quality is excellent, and the Android Auto functionality works just as seamlessly as when the phone is connected through a traditional cable. I appreciate that it maintains the same performance standards as a wired connection.

While the initial cost might be a deterrent, the long-term benefits and reliability of the Android Auto Wireless Adapter outweigh the price. It has become an integral part of my daily driving routine, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a wireless Android Auto solution that delivers on its promises.
