Fantastic socks
I love them. They are very soft and comfortable, they are quite breathable too and look sturdy. The price is also very reasonable, so I am very happy with this purchase. The only advice I would give is that I was hesitating between the medium and large, went for the large at the end, and I am happy I did.
Excellent quality. sturdy socks - teen boy proof!
Our 12 year old son has feet the size of mens, but he is very sensory aware on his feet, so trying to find decent socks for him is not the easiest task! (A lot of the ‘sports’ brands get quite hard and too tight after a few wears, he finds).
These socks have been great. He said they are soft but also thick enough to protect his feet from blisters and they have washed very well.
I would recommend these to anyone looking for socks that actually last!!
Good socks
I am very fussy about the socks I put on my feet. Poor seems have plagued me all my life. These socks don’t have the annoying seem across the toes, yes there is a seem but it’s almost non-existent.
As other reviewers have mentioned the socks are quite tight around the calf but they wont fall down! The only annoying thing is these socks can twist on the foot. As for how long they last, time will tell. I go through socks really quick but these are thicker than my normal choice of sock but are still comfy.
Best socks I've had for a long time
Bought these 2 years ago. They are lasting very well so I bought some more to replace some poorer quality ones. These have been tough, warm, & comfortable with no annoying stitching that irritates your toes. Not what I’d call walking socks, but good thickness for everyday use in a normal UK winter. Don’t write many reviews, but these were worth it.
Thes are excellent quality and VFM
As the headline suggests thes are well worth the money. Not only are they reasonably priced they fit well, wash well and are comfy to wear.
I was sick of paying over the odds for Nike socks only to have them bauble up and look very second hand after only a few washes, these socks however are far superior in every way. They fit well and wear really well to, having washed them many times they still look like new and the elasticity of the material is’nt diminished in any way. I’d definitely recommend these.
Utterly Brillia
Best socks I have ever owned fit and grip the foot in all the right places. I have knee problems and waiting for two knee replacements so I walk with a limp and even tho I still walk 10,000+ steps a day being a postie putting a lot of pressure on my toes. I find they keep my feet cool and blister free and can’t honestly recommend them enough.
Smaller than stated size and not warm for thickness
I wear a size 9 to 9.5 and have fairly slim ankles yet LARGE is a tight fit.
The base, toes and heel of the sock are fairly thick, upper thinner as you would expect from a medium duty sport sock. They are not however warm at all, feeling more like a lightweight summer sock even though they have thickness.
For the money I can’t complain too much, my usual sports socks are 8 a pair, at best 3 pairs for 20.
A 3* sock at 5* pricing – worthy of 4*

These fit me just fine. I’m a woman size 6 UK.
Very hard wearing. Worn every day for long shifts on my feet at work and dog walking. Over a year and not one of these have worn even a bit or gone thread bare.
What I will say is, the elastic on them is quite tight. I don’t have big feet or legs, but they leave marks on my feet after I’ve worn them.
Quality-wise they are wonderful and I can see them lasting me years.

Well when I got those socks first thing i saw was the package damaged and cut but luckily socks was alright I think.Then Next I thought those socks were very small just about giving up and return them I thought I might as well give it a try!. Then come to a surprise They are really comfortable and they stretch like magic groves so then I went for a regular run And Never came down on calf too.i most say they are really engineered better than Most all the bands I’ve try !.. I’ve give it 4/5stars because if they were bigger it would of been great cause they already stretchy anyway.I’m impressed.

Just got these socks, very comfy and over all I’m pleased…..
I think. A size 10 so I got 9-11 and if I’m being honest the heel area is up the back of my foot when on fully. Think I’m being a bit fussy but I like to be able to pull my socks up tight and when I do that they’re a good bit up the back of my foot.
All in all I think I’ll be happy enough
Quite nice socks, but size 12 is a bit small for size 11 feet, requires a 30C wash.
I bought these socks for my size 11 feet. I ordered size 12 because I knew from experience that online sizes tend to be small. The socks are stretchy, but they are too small for size 12 as they only just fit size 11. Also note the washing instructions require 30C. Not very hard-wearing, but comfortable.
Versatile footwea
Now in my early seventies I walk/ramble to keep fit. I get through walking socks frequently and thought I would give these a try. They look well made and nicely are seamless around the toes. I am a size nine and the fit is quite snug but comfortable for me. They are quite stretchy when you put them on so I am not sure how they would feel if you are a size 12. I have used them for a few walks now and have no complints thus far. They stay in place well and do not rub accross the toes. So far so good.
I bought these socks to use whilst wearing the safety boots. I am a delivery driver and first 3 hours of my 12+ working day I have to wear a safety boots. The rest of the day I am using trainers. This was my first day in these socks.
I have 9.5 UK size and ordered size L (9-12) Must admit they felt small and I can imagine that size 12 will really feel an uncomfortable pressure as per other reviews. For me they felt ok after 30 minutes.
Socks are advertised as hiking and sport performance ones and they are great in trainers!
If you are buying them to be used in steel toe SAFETY BOOTS – keep in mind – the top is very thin and you will feel anything inside of the covering size of the boot.
The base layer of the sock is fantastic! I feel great after 13 hours running as a courier , but for first 3 hours in depot I have to use the old heavy duty socks.
Normally I don’t think I would review about socks, as it used to be socks were socks.
But I need arch support just for every day use and walking.
I have tried very well none branded socks and these are bar far more superior.
There is a nice cushy sole as well which was an added benefit.
They feel lovely on and not too tight and the material is so lovely and soft.
The height is just perfect especially now going into the colder weather.
During exercise no issues with them moving about in my trainers while working out and also stopped cramp in the arch of my feet, result!
The wash exceptionally well and keep their shape, I have been wearing them for a while now.
So a sock is not just a sock, these are brill socks.
