    11/10 product!!!
This ball is lightweight and the string is extremely durable, practicing frequently increased my hand-eye coordination in less than a day. Definitely recommend, excellent for my 6 year old son who is also beginning boxing and has helped drastically with his reflexes.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersTakes some getting used to
Arrived within the quoted timescale and was followed up with a courtesy email from the seller which is always a nice touch.

If you’re used to using a traditional speed ball, this will take a little adjusting to. Easy to set up – just decide how long you want the elastic tether to be, make your adjustments and you’re good to go. I would recommend just using hand wraps rather than gloves for this as it’s difficult to control with gloves on. Seems durable but only time will tell.

If you want to be able to use this in peace, stay away from your kids. Mine have a habit of “joining in” which usually results in me getting smacked in the face with the ball.

    Overall, very pleased with this
