    This is a very powdery creatine, I don’t like the gritty versions, so this is perfect. Good value as well. Like all creatine, its tastes quite bitter, but who cares, they’re all the same regarding that.

    It’s Creatine, good value, I’m happy. Probably the cheapest creatine you can get that is actually 100% Creatine.

    DAILY DOSAGE:
    Athlete Level training: 0.3g per kg of bodyweight (divided into 3 doses spread throughout the day)
    Casual training and to hold muscle mass: 0.03g per kg of bodyweight

    If you’re taking this stuff for the first time, then you pretty much wanna double or even triple your dose for the first week, then you can start taking whatever you dose is. 0.03g per kg is enough to hold muscle and enhance your performance at the gym, if you’re training at a higher level for prolonged periods of time, then you’ll need 0.3g per kg to help speed up recovery and enhance your performance.

    A scoop of this twice daily hopefully aids my resistance training & cognitive function! Many supplements appear to help but without testing myself, it’s almost impossible to know for sure! This supplement has no particular taste & is put into a tumble of water.

    Great pumps and notice a difference in side within a few weeks. Don’t expect strength gains to be huge. Strength still increases at natural rates. It creates water retention, it’s not a steroid kids

    If your body has a history to not respond to the likes of this product, then save your money.
    Personally because my body immediately responded to this product and the likes of it, I think it is perfect and a good value for the quality and quantity of the product.

    Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI’ve only had this for a couple of days so I can’t comment on any results yet, but thought I’d mention how it dissolves:
    I had some real issues in the beginning with it not dissolving at all. I found that adding slightly warm water made it dissolve instantly. I haven’t tried other liquids yet but I assume at the least it would dissolve in anything warm. Could always dissolve it in a bit of warm water and add whatever cold liquid after.
    Taste is quite bitter but I personally don’t mind it. Adding a bit of squash or mixing it with something else hides the taste quite well.

    Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI add this to my morning porridge and you don’t even know you’re eating it which is great. It leaves no taste or ordour so it’s perfect. They recommend 3 grams a serving but I’ve read studies which suggest if you’re a bit of a unit you might might want to consume 5-10 grams a day for optimal benefit.

    Golden Review Award: 30 From Our UsersI currently work as a postman and will walk on average between 10-11 miles per day for 5 days a week. On work days I dilute 5g of this Creatine in a 1-1.5l bottle of water and drink it throughout my shift. The creatine is quick and easy to dilute and it’s tasteless.

    When taking creatine I notice a huge difference at the end of my shift in that my legs still feel much fresher and do not ache anywhere near as much when compared to the days when I have failed to take.

    I have been taking creatine regularly for over 12 months and have had no ill effects. With a physical job, taking creatine has been so beneficial that following a busy shift I still have the energy and strength to remain active for the rest of the day. I have even gone on to run 5km following work and my legs have been fine for work the following day.

    Having only used two brands, ‘MyProtein’ and ‘USN Core Micronised Creatine’, the USN Micronised Creatine does dilute slightly quicker in water but that is the only difference I noticed.

    I regularly choose MyProtein as it is available in 1 kg packs which I can then portion into smaller 200g tub for daily convenience, taking up less room in the kitchen and the remainder of the bag can be stored out of the way until I need to refill the pot.
    At the time of writing this review 1 Kg costs around 35 and will make 200 servings, making it an incredible value performance and endurance booster for those who have a physically demanding job or workout routine.
