This is really good, but expensive for it’s size. I paid more for this than I did a mid sized Camelback hip bag, which included a bottle.
However, this is really good. The strap grips the frame very well and it doesn’t slip down, as I have it on the seat tube. I managed to get x2 25g CO2 carts, CO2 pump head, x2 spare chain quick links(in the little zip pocket), multi-tool and a tyre plug kit. I possibly could have got one more item in but it would have been far too bulky at that point. I’ve not tried it with an inner tube yet, and I can’t attest to it waterproof credentials as I’ve only had it on for less than a week.
I think I can fit enough in it to free up a bit of space in my hip pack for some gels and a snack.
    Expensive but worth it.

A solid, well made piece of kit that doesn’t rattle or move around like the rest of the similar products out there.

The inframe storage on my enduro bike gets wet and damp, my tools got rusty, I’ve had no problems with that after switching to the holdfast wrap. I can comfortably carry everything I might need while out riding and with a bit of careful packing the pouch carries more than peatys says it does.

The design of the whole product is clearly well thought out, I now couldn’t go with another solution that doesn’t have the ability to stick the wrap on the strap when using tools. It makes working on your bike while out riding easy and clean, no mud caked tools!

It functions much better at being a tube storage device than most dedicated tube frame straps and the added storage is a game changer.

    Well happy with this purchase

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis is hands down the best tool wrap i’ve ever used. It does exactly what peaty’s say, doesn’t move an inch or jingle around over the roughest trails, and its so quick and easy to access your tools/kit when you need to, probably even quicker than a back country strap. I’ve got an awkward shaped frame (Scott Ransom eride) but this fits it no problem and you can carry pretty much everything you’d want for a ride in it. In mine I carry a multi-tool, 2 tyre levers, plugger, C02 inflator, split links, an energy gel and it takes it no problem plus the zip pockets perfect for my car key. There’s a nice bit of subtle reflective material on it and it looks like its really well built. A few of my mates have asked about this already and I couldn’t recommend it enough. Cheers Peatys!

    5.0 out of 5 stars That’s a Wrap!!!

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our Usersits a good pouch mostly got it to replace my now very tatty rubber ski strap i used for my spare inner tube with the added bit of space for some bits, on the days i dont want to have the bumbag on.

it will not hold half the stuff peatys say and even suggestively picture it with.

I can fit a tyre monkey, 6 mini pre-glued patches, crank brothers m19 multi tool, a couple of notes if i need some cash… then its stuffed full but still rolls up nicely.
if I add a van key taking it off my key ring and a single house key, then becomes hard to roll almost impossible to make it seal leaving the top edges open so dirt/water could get in also meaning the edge thats kinda sharp can catch my inner leg/knee when pedalling.

also the zipped part isnt enough to fit anything of size in, i cant fit my van key in there as it then is in a bad position and cant fit the multi tool in the main pouch.

over all im happy with it I just think on a design point it would have been better if the pouch was not tapered it would have so much more room. will manly keep it for tube and tyre bits for the shorter ride close to home and keep it on the bike empty when i use the bumbag for long rides and down hill just for the fact that it makes a handy work station when you hang it off the bike open if you ever need to do a trail side repair.
