I’m not sure what I was expecting from this but I find it slow. After 90 minutes I had a little basket of ice. I thought it would be much quicker. Also it says it gives you 15kg over 24 hours. The basket inside will not hold anything close to this. Maybe .5kg if Ice at best. So if you need alot of ice, be prepared to empty the basket into a larger container and refill the water regularly.

We paid extra for this compared to other ice machines on Amazon as we wanted black. It’s a great machine and makes 2 different sized cubes which is great! It’s not loud, even the noise when it moves forward the frozen cubes is quite satisfying!
It’s really good but only down part is occasionally it makes funny tasting ice cubes and I only use filtered water but otherwise super handy, it’s slightly noisy but not enough to become annoying
My husband broker last ice maker by holding it upside down to drain the water !! This has an easily removed plug so this wont happen again. It also has a self-clean feature the last one didn’t have, which drew me to this model. It made ice quickly and I bagged up all the ice in the basket that was left and kept it in the freezer and wiped down this machine until needed next time. Happy with it so fa
