My Grandson wanted an analog watch. I am partial to Seiko watches and was pleased when he suggested this particular watch. I own a solar powered watch from 2004. This sapphire blue-face watch is strikingly handsome. It is just right as far as size goes. I enjoy watching my Grandson admire his new watch. The band is adjustable with link removal. It’s a bit tricky to remove the links but online videos give good information.
He has had his watch for a couple of months and totally loves it. His other watch, before this one , was a Fitbit. Seiko is a traditional in our family. This watch is worth the money.

Un reloj precioso, preciso y muy prctico por el hecho de ser solar y no tener que cambiar la pila. Es mucho ms bonito que en las fotos y si tienes una mueca mediana o pequea queda perfecto. Aunque su tamao es contenido y discreto no pasa desapercibido gracias a ese dial azul tan llamativo y sus reflejos.

I haven’t had to test it in the rain yet. It keeps good time I can’t read the dial in the dark but as I’m normally asleep then no worries. Usual Seiko quality

Everything I want in a watch. 1. Solar powered – no more battery replacements. 2. Hard wearing case, bracelet and glass – after several months constant wear it still looks brand new. 3. Tells me the day of the week as well as the date. 4. Looks good. 5. Keeps very good time. 6. Feels comfortable on the wrist. 7. Waterproof.

Every 4-6 weeks the day window changes to French – very annoying The supplier, Rubicon Watch Company, thinks I don’t know how to set up the day & date or says the battery must be flat – neither is true. They don’t even respond to my emails any more so I’ve had to send the watch to Seiko under warranty.
Other than that it’s great keeps near perfect time, better than one second/month.
