My wife is forever catching her lower arm on the oven when she’s removing stuff, so the fact these have a quite deep cuff compared to normal oven gloves has made her forays in to the oven less stressful and fewer small burns. They are very efficient at keeping the heat of pots and pans post being in the oven at bay, at normal oven temperatures you’ve around 30s before the part of the glove in contact with the hot pan begins to feel warm. The non-slip silicon patterning is a great bonus because everything just feels secure, once you’ve got a hold there is no slippage. The gloves have a wide fitting range; I have large hands and my wife’s are quite a bit smaller, but they did fit both of us with no problems. For storage there’s a loop inside the cuff of each glove so you can hang them up out of the way when not in use. I’m impressed with these gloves and I’m looking forward to giving them a try out during summer when we barbeque. You also get a silicon brush which will come in handy in BBQ season for brushing oil or marinades on to whatever we’re BBQing. We haven’t yet washed them, but have wiped them clean, which to be fair is all they’ve needed. Good pair of oven/BBQ gloves.
I’m so impressed with these oven gloves. I’d been finding that I was burning myself a lot more recently with the standard type oven gloves I’ve been using and also dropping things. I’ve found these silicon gloves really helpful to help me grip items better and given me much better protection from heat as it can take me a while to move hot items. I won’t ever go back to alternative gloves again.
A little different, I’ve also been using them for craft projects that I have done such as using a glue gun and pyrography.
I honestly can’t fault these gloves, you can pick up hot items straight from the oven, and I have a much better grip than I did using the regular mitten style oven gloves. With them being a longer style my wrists and arms are safer too. With previous oven gloves the heat does start to get through if you hold the hot item for too long, whereas with these gloves you can hold the hot item for much longer.
The gloves have been such a game changer when I’m moving hot things out of the oven that I’m more than happy to recommend them, and will be purchasing more.
These heat resistant gloves are ideal for using during BBQ season.
They feature a really striking, red, fire design – which is in silicone and therefore gives these gloves great gripping ability. The main body of the glove is grey and it has a white poly cotton lining, which makes them feel felt comfy.
They were a bit big for me, and gappy around the wrist/hand area but I’m sure they’ll fit my partner well (and he’s the one who always appoints himself as the BBQ king!).
I liked the way that these gloves extend a little way up the arm, to really give a good level of protection.
They come complete with a handy silicone basting brush too – just need BBQ weather now!
These make getting things in and out of the oven so much easier and safer! Having the fingers individual like these instead of the usual over mitt is a revelation to me! It made my grip much better and that was also made easier because I had faith in the gloves to protect my hands and fingers from the heat!
These really are great, they even coped with a pan hot from the oven and keeping a hand on it while I finished off on the hob what I was preparing. No more burns for me!

These are of superb quality, and I’m thrilled with the overall quality of them.
I’m a little confused as to whether these gloves should have arrived with an “Oil Brush”
If so, then my order did NOT include this brush, only the Oven Gloves.
However, moving on, let’s talk about these gloves…

Oven Gloves of this high quality and strength are incredibly difficult to find and rarely supplied by catering companies, depending on who your employer is.
These Gloves are the “Bee’s Knees” for a busy working kitchen, and I simply cannot wait to start using them at work!
