Fantastic! My family bought one of these for me for Christmas and I was thrilled with it! I therefore bought one for a close friend for her “big” birthday, and she was equally impressed!!

Then a friend came round and just popped out the single top prong and there it was a full plug!
I see that others have returned their Skylight for this reason too, so I strongly suggest there’s advice in place to help the others ho dont know. Youre losing business!
