Titel falsch geschriebe
Ich habe das Sturmglas verschenkt – leider ist direkt auf der (schicken) Verpackung ein Rechtschreibfehler (P anstatt R), was natrlich beim Auspacken irgendwie peinlich ist. Dabei ist das Sturmglas schn verarbeitet und macht sich gut auf der Anrichte! Man sollte aber wissen: Das Gert (s. Wikipedia) ist mehr eine schne Spielerei als tatschliches Barometer und sagt mehr ber die Umgebungstemperatur aus als ber die kommende Wetterentwicklung.

I was looking for another item to place on my work desk and discovered this stunning piece of dcor that is claimed to help predict the weather. You’ll either see crystals forming or dissolving in the special solution inside the glass teardrop. The glass sits proudly on a wooden display and adds that je ne sais quoi to my work space that’s become an instant conversation starter. I love how it attracts plenty of interest and I’m not immune myself – my eyes are often drawn to this decorative and functional piece…the latter being applicable when it predicts the weather correctly!
So pretty
I love how pretty and sophisticated that this storm glass looks. I couldn’t wait to unpack it when it arrived. It came incredibly well packaged and protected, and was a really good price for what it is. It was far too good to go in the office, so it’s taken pride of place in the lounge room.
