I bought three of these for Christmas presents for people and they all love them. They are unusual, look attractive and are useful for predicting the weather. They are a good talking point.

I was looking for another item to place on my work desk and discovered this stunning piece of dcor that is claimed to help predict the weather. You’ll either see crystals forming or dissolving in the special solution inside the glass teardrop. The glass sits proudly on a wooden display and adds that je ne sais quoi to my work space that’s become an instant conversation starter. I love how it attracts plenty of interest and I’m not immune myself – my eyes are often drawn to this decorative and functional piece…the latter being applicable when it predicts the weather correctly!
