Makes garden work easie
The cordless design of this garden strimmer is highly convenient, making moving around the garden effortless. It’s efficient in cutting, saving time and effort. The adjustable length is a thoughtful feature, accommodating different user heights comfortably.
Smaller than expected
We got this as we have 25 acres of land and this is ideal for doing all the bushes around us. It’s smaller than expected, it’s a proper baby strimmer and honestly gives us both backache using it after 5 minutes but it does work pretty well considering. It comes with a great range of accessories, absolutely everything you need and more in this so can’t complain. The batteries last relatively well. It’s not exactly what we was after but it’s doing the job for now and it’s a good price for what it is.
This is a nice comprehensive strimming kit that is reasonably priced.
In the kit you get plastic blades, alloy blades and circular saw blades. I found the plastic blades to be a bit useless as if you hit something hard like a wall or fence then they’re easily broken. On the other hand the metal blades are up to the job and make short work of dense grass and thicker bushes.
It comes with two batteries which is great as you can have one charging whilst you’re strimming giving you double the run time. That being said in my garden I can have it done with just one battery.
It’s comfortable in the hand, extendable and has a 90 degree rotatable head perfect for strimming edges.
Blades are easy to change with the included tool and only takes seconds to switch out.
Currently priced at just under 80 you also get a few other accessories included in the kit (gloves, safety glasses, hand saw) so you get quite a lot for your money.
So far so good – when the gardening season comes around it will be getting regular use so I will be able to update the review then if there are any issues.
Compatible with lawn barbe
I ordered this set to work with my ‘lawn barber’. Due to the bad weather I haven’t been able to try it until now, but I have tested it and the plastic blades fit perfectly. I don’t think I will be able to use the circular blade as the head unit itself is quite flimsy and I’m not sure I can trust it, but I am keen to try the metal blades on the stubborn weeds behind my shed. I will supply an update once I have tried them, but for the sake of this review I am happy to say the acrylic blades are a perfect fit.
