Desk Bought to Use with Treadmill
The desk was bought as a Christmas present for my daughter. We bought her a treadmill for her birthday and she wanted to be able to work from home and use the treadmill as she’s working. She gets so caught up in her work she forgets about the time and how long she’s been walking. The desk has allowed her to do this and she’s really happy with it.
Seems solid enough
I got this for my kid’s room as I could adjust it for his height as he grows. It needed some pushing and pulling of the frame to line up the holes in the frame over the pre drilled holes in the table top. The instructions were ok and so far it has held up well. I liked the rounded table top. It’s not very deep so it works fine in a smaller bedroom and my kid is super happy.
Delivery by DPD was appalling. Dumped in next doors front lawn at 7.30pm in the dark and rain. Driver didn’t attempt ours or knock on the neighbours door, just dumped and ran… Thankfully the security light caused them to look outside and see them driving off and the big box in the garden!
Assembly was easy, quality of steelwork surprisingly good. Tabletop is quite thin, marks easy but does the job. Desk is a little wobbly when in standing position but not bad at all for the money. The all black desk was discounted to 160 so can’t complain. Goes up and down well, quiet and the memory buttons a great feature. Very good value for money
Strikes a balance between cost and function. Its motor is a bit slow, but it’s solid and reliable. It offers a no-nonsense design and provides practical sit-stand options at an affordable price.
Arrived on the day promised. The table is very cleverly packaged. There is a polystyrene box inside the cardboard box it arrives in. The polystyrene box is divided up into sections each containing a separate component. The screws and bolts are individually wrapped and you get a spare of each (nice touch). Very easy to assemble as instructions and packaging are very clear. Took 30 minutes taking it slowly. The table itself is well made and changes height smoothly. Early days but very impressed so far.
I really like this desk, the instructions are fairly simple and are given everything you need. packaged and bagged very well to where it doesn’t become confusing. i thought it not having the bar going from one leg to the other in the middle would make it wobble. its sturdy asf. no issues. the only thing i had a hard time with was the control panel to chnage the height of the desk, the screws you have to screw into the wooden board yourself, no pre made holes which was difficult and am still left with a wobbly display but isnt much of a problem. i really do recommend this desk despite that one issue.
Spent some time looking around for an standing desk and this one ticked all the boxes, with the best price
– one single thick board instead of split one (as most cheap options)
– dual motor
– sturdy / resistant
– memories for different levels
– available in 100cm width
– smooth functioning
It also had great delivery time and was very easy to assemble just by myself. Only things to improve are
– a bit bubbly when elevated – especially when typing
– board material get fingerprints quite easy
but honestly based on reviews I don’t think other options in the 200 range would be better, so would recommend this one.
