I bought a similar product previously but that required you to stick a magnet to your case / phone even if it was magsafe compatible. This one is ideal! It is fully compatible, has very strong grip (won’t budge even when going over bumps, and my S24 ultra is heavy!) and it’s very easily adjustable without slipping. The build quality is also excellent. I’m very happy.

It doesn’t fit the air vent fins on my car, does on others I’ve tried and hopefully it’ll fit the hire car. Just slightly disappointed it doesn’t work for my vent, I could flatten the hook but I don’t want to change it for one vehicle only to make it not fit another one.

Comparatively, I have another MagSafe mount from a different company that is not vent-mounted but affixed to the top of the dash, offering shockingly stable performance.

Its secure attachment and discreet appearance when not in use makes it a commendable choice. However, potential buyers should be aware of the stability concern, especially if smooth navigation viewing is a priority. Despite this drawback, I would still recommend it for its overall performance and reliability.
