Fantastic Product and Service
I purchased this telescope for my son and I on his 8th birthday. I spent ages looking at a lot of different makes and models, read a lot of reviews and settled on this one. The telescope arrived in good time and immediately I was impressed. Great quality, really well made and easy to follow instructions. It also has a carry case with it too which I hadn’t realised and is really handy for taking to different locations.
When I initially assembled the telescope I noticed the zenith mirror wasn’t quite working as expected so I messaged the customer service email listed in the manual. They came back to me the same day and talked me through some checks and then sent a replacement part which came really quickly. I was so impressed with how attentive Liz on the customer support team was!
Our telescope is now working perfectly and we are really enjoying being out in the garden at night star gazing. I highly recommend this product and company.
Excellent beginner telescope and excellent customer service
It’s a great little telescope to start you off on your stargazing/moon-watching journey. It’s got a fairly robust tripod to stand on and is very easy to assemble and use.
Got it as a present for my son, who was really excited. However, on a gusty wintry day, the telescope accidentally fell off the table it was standing on and crashed on to the floor. It was like a dream had shattered
That was when the NACATIN Customer Service team went above and beyond to replace our broken telescope with this one (an upgraded version). It shows that they believe in making their customers happy and believe in their product. Just for that, I’d recommend it!
