Colourful and good-tactile toy for babies, and from a trusted brand. I really like that the noise of the rattling beads isn’t too loud – it’s enjoyable for babies but wasn’t loud enough to be irritating for the adults in the room!
I personally worry about cheap unbranded toys for babies (especially since it inevitably ends up in their mouths!) So it’s nice to see Vtech pricing competitively – I really can’t fault it at 9.99. Great value.
This is a cute and functional little zebra shaped toy. Its head is soft, a hard rattle body and silicone type feet to help with teething.
Really great for 6mth – 18mth olds.
Tactile, cheerful, well-made as you’d expect from V-Tech. A rattle (with colourful balls that swirl around when you press the button) and teething toy.
The ‘head’ portion is a soft toy, the bottom portion is hard plastic, apart from the ‘feet’ which are softer plastic (perfect for teething gums).
My one year-old niece has been carrying her zebra around and is quite taken with him!
I happily agreed to test this baby’s rattle as the Vtech name is one I have known for many years in association with children’s toys and technology.
The toy is well made, and light, with a small handle for tiny hands. The Zebra has a friendly face and is made up of a variety of textures and colours, to stimulate and encourage baby’s sensory development.
The neck contains small beads which rattle and spiral, they will attract the baby’s attention, the ‘rain’ noise is soft and subtle not loud or abrupt.
It is surface washable.
The only negative for me is the fact that it is delivered in an open box design. I know we are in the age of reducing unnecessary packaging but as this is a toy for a very young baby which will be put in its mouth, I would suggest Vtech would be justified in more hygienically protecting it.
This would be a nice inclusion in any baby’s first toy collection.
Nice little toy for babies. Has a few functions. Very easy to hold for my 4 month old baby. Also has two bits for her to bite on as she’s teething.
