Very easy to connect and did so within 5 minutes! Returning this product as I found out why my signal was dropping and this is no longer needed. However, the slight issue I had with this is that the face is upside down when you plug it in..as you can see on the video. Not a big issue but a little inconvenient, especially having to tilt your head to read the symbols on the plug once it’s on. Other than that, good quality and was easily able to connect it to my router.
I ordered 2 of these one for me and one for my neighbour. I found it really easy to set up and it works really well but I do have fast internet I just needed to spread the WiFi further around my home. My neighbours internet is very slow and it would not set up wirelessly so we had to plug it in to the internet box but it does work and her connected technology work alright. If I just rated my experiance I would have given it 5 stars!
