Works great, especially given the price vs an Apple charger. Initially my laptop said the battery wasn’t charging, like the review from the person with the MacBook Pro M3 chip, but I’ve had another look and the battery is now fully charged.

I own a Mac and I also live in a tall, skinny house. I don’t want to always have to run up and down stairs each time I forget to carry my charger with me, so this spare will be kept in the second floor.

It seems to work well, no overheating or other disasters thus far. I’m always slightly wary when using a third- party charger as it would be very unfortunate to destroy my gorgeous Macbook due to a cheap charger. But so far, so good.

It doesn’t look quite as elegant as an Apple charger and if you’re one of those people who would be mortified if your friends saw you were using an off-brand charger, you mightn’t want to buy this because it definitely wouldn’t pass for “the real thing”. I don’t care about this, but you might.

For me? It does the job and looks just fine.

    Made in China.

This does what you need it to without fuss. It’s a fast charger for most devices and is capable of powering a laptop with USB-C powershare.

I’ve had no issues with it and have used it on my Steam Deck as well without trouble.

It won’t be great as a travel charger for your phone etc because it isn’t any smaller than your standard one, but might suit for a laptop or Chromebook.

I got this charger as a replacement for my wife MacBook Pro charger, it was quite an old one and the cable got damaged only leaving some wires exposed and broken.
Standing at whopping 65W , charger to be an excellent power source for my wife’s laptop, and it is able to fully charge it within around 1.5 hour.
So far she’s using it around a month and she’s very happy with this charge

For the price this is a very good charger. At a penny under 13.00 you get a no frills, 65W charger. That seems like good value to me. It comes supplied with a good, long (roughly, 1m 80cm) USB C to C cable.

When I say no frills I mean that it is a single port charger. To get a multi-port one you would probably have to pay at least double. Also, it has a very utilitarian feel about it – all function; no style. Of course, that’s absolutely fine as no-one buys one of these for their looks. It’s just that you can tell it’s not at the premium end of the market. You get fast charging, for one device at a time, and that’s about it. And, I have to say it does its job really well. The devices I connected all charged noticably quicker using this charger.

So, if you are in the market for a no frills, fast charger then you should consider this one. It has one job to do and it does it well.
