Real easy to use
Numbers and buttons are large, making it easy for my 90yo mother to see and use. It sits perfectly on its cable and hence never runs out of charge.

Bought for an aged friend who is in hospital
It was light ,comfy in your hand and had big buttons. From what I’ve been told they were delighted. It makes and receives calls is cable of text and that’s it . No frills an excellent little phone .basically what it says on the tin

Senior phone
Nice mobile easy to grip, good ringtone and volume. A little hard to text but there are templates. I needed this for emergency contact and its ok for this use. Cheap and satisfactory.
Phone replaced
I had an issue just as it was coming to the end of the year warranty and these lovely people replaced the phone with a new one. Great service and very helpful. Thank you very much.
Excellent value
Purchased for my 79 year old Mother who doesn’t do mobiles. She was able to use at ease had large numbers / lights up / sos on the back. Charge lasts for ages. We’ll worth the money

I bought this phone for my sister and she absolutely loves it so easy to use and she is very impressed with it because my sister she’s not very techie and not into smart phones so this is just simple to use or she use the phone for make calls and texts
Excellent phone for elderly & hard of hearing
Bought this for my elderly mother who is hard of hearing & has slightly arthritic hands. Simple to setup but wish it had come with a proper plug, luckily I havd ordered a plug for my ipad so was able to use that.
The torch button is in a bit of an awkward position as she keeps switching it on when holding phone.
The lock on/off button could be bigger or more visible , especially for those with arthritic hands.
Sound quality very good, especially in hands free mode. But louder ring tone would be useful.
Speed dial facility really useful and easy to use.
Docking station makes charging easier.
Overall an excellent phone for elderly & hard of hearing person.
Was delivered ahead of time which was a bonus.
Price point is a bit high, but for what I wanted it for , it does what it does, Just insert a cheap sim card and enable speed dial 1 – MUM, 2- DAUGHTER … Great for a emergency phone for a OAP in the bedroom . The phone comes with a usb lead but no charger for the socket? Asda , Tescos or Poundland sell them, if needed
simple to use
Bought this for my elderly parent. Basic functions only which is just what they needed. Very easy to set up and use. Screen clear and large buttons that are easier to see and use.
Great first few months but now nothing works
Purchased for an elderly relative, big buttons and clear screen ideal.
Simple to use which again ideal.
Unfortunately after 8 months the phone totally locks up after 5 seconds of being turned on and none of the buttons work
This was bought for my mother who struggles to see clearly. She could quickly navigate her way around the phone and find the main features she wanted. The phone is very BASIC. Poor photo quality. We also struggled to change the font colour and ring tone. Mum was pleased with it but wouldn’t be suited to someone who is used to using a touch screen phone.
Great looking phone
I can only go by the look of the phone and the number pad is really big which is great for the elderly. I bought it my auntie who’s 87 years old and she hasn’t used it at yet.
Got this for my Dad for Christmas, his old Nokia small screen display, small buttons a little too hard for him to use.
Now he just needs simple call/SMS usage this is perfect for the purpose.
The weight is almost the same as my iPhone case, and I can see the battery will last a long time.
One word for anyone else, I found I put sim into the right slot before it all was able to access the network, and so now it’s perfect.
Low price simple function is a nice device. I’ve no idea what the memory card would be used for, no camera on the unit.
Highly recommended to the elderly.
One minor gripe, when it speaks the numbers the English is very Chinglish.
