I have been using the light colour mats in my ovens mostly. I do have a heavy duty one I received as a present many years ago. The light duty ones just don’t last as long compared to the heavy duty one. I am glad I found these thick ones same quality as the one that has been in use for 6 years. And cutoffs I am using to repair my sealing bar in my food vacuum sealer. Top notch.
A pack of 6 black cooking mats with 2 silicone pastry brushes. The mats are a good size, each being 50cm x 40cm. They can easily be cut with scissors to suit your needs and to the size of your baking trays. A great alternative to baking paper, they don’t let anything food stick to them and can be used over and over again. They can be placed on a bbq even to help cook your food with out it sticking to the grill itself. We use ours in the oven for all our food. They are really easy to clean, simply with warm soapy water. Would reccomend without hesitation.
