The ZCGIOBN 4K Projector is an impressive piece of home cinema kit. It’s not a mainstream brand so you avoid paying a huge price for a name, however that doesn’t seem to compromise at all on the quality of the projector or it’s projection capabilities.
The projector is impressive, it’s got Native 1080P and Supports 4K content, it has auto focus, auto keystone projection, auto screen alignment and auto obstacles avoidance. It has 1200 ANSI Lumens of brightness, it can be ceiling mounted or placed on a stand, it features WiFi 6 for flawless content streaming and it even comes with a 100″ screen included.
Projection quality is superb, it works in daylit rooms without a problem, it’s got amazing image quality and a fantastic depth of colour and overall it’s a superb high spec projector at an affordable price point. Wouldn’t get anything of similar spec from top end suppliers without paying double the price.

The apps kinda suck, but all in all for the money it’s a solid buy. Spec to spec, you’re getting a lot for 60% of the price of named brand projectors.
If it’s reasonably dark, it through a pretty great image out at 14ft or so. We have ours on a 120in screen, honestly, 100 is more than enough.
My video tries to show the operation of the projector and give an idea of its capabilities. Someone borrowed my projection screen and I haven’t yet ironed the excellent screen that comes in the box, so resorted to a white wall for a quick review. If you like the image quality on the wall, as I do, it’ll be stunning on a proper screen.
Even on the wall, pictures are as sharp as Ultra HD images from BBC iPlayer ‘Planet Earth III’ on my LG TV. Colours are super-accurate too. Sound quality from the built-in speakers is adequate for general listening but you’d do best to connect an external speaker for hi-fi audio. The fan is fairly noisy but not obtrusive unless you’re sitting next to it.
The projector comes nicely boxed and complete with printed instructions, HDMI cable and remote control. You’ll need a pair of AAAs for the remote. The first thing to do is go through the Settings to connect to your network, and so on, as you’ll see in my video. It’s all very intuitive and I can’t think of anything missing.
The sliding lens cover is the only thing that slightly lets the projector down. It doesn’t slide at all smoothly and feels like a bit of an afterthought. That may be just on mine, of course. Importantly, in Settings, be sure to change ‘Power Off Auto Retract Lens’ from default OFF to ON. Otherwise, when you power off, the lens may be slightly forward, and then you’ll catch it with the cover. The cover is only plastic but could nevertheless leave marks on the lens.
Despite that, I’m delighted with the projector. It may not be cheap but you really do seem to get what you pay for.
You need a firestick, or Thumb drive to transfer apps from PC to projector. Licensing, copywrite laws.
It is very easy to use.
It works best with a wireless mouse than the clunky remote.
AMAZING Picture. Brightness is spot on and adjustable.
Blue tooth and mirroring is great until you turn on the microwave lol.
Works well with 3-D side input cameras as well. Even my VR headset works to project what I’m seeing with my VR.

Absolutely Amazing projector.
Another amazing button when you install a mouse that allows the picture to go from 36″ to 300″. Took me a minute to figure out how to make the screen smaller than the 100″ they say. It does and will go down to 36″. With a projector like this one, who would want anything smaller then 100″ anyway?
HD is also AMAZING.
I recently ordered this auto focus mini projector, and it’s been a fantastic addition to my home entertainment setup. Setting it up was pretty easy thanks to its Advanced Auto Focus and Auto Keystone Correction technology. I faced little to no problems during setup. It practically does all the calibration work for you, ensuring that the image is clear and perfectly aligned. It arrived at my door pretty quickly and in some nice sleek packaging that added to the overall premium feel of the product. The quality of the projection is excellent. I love all the built in xtras as well It’s like having a smart TV built right into the projector. I can easily access my favorite apps, stream content from popular platforms, browse the web, and even play games directly from the projector. It eliminates the need for additional devices or cables. The wireless capabilities of this projector are impressive. It supports both 2.4G and 5G dual-band Wi-Fi, making online streaming smooth and lag-free. The utilization of WIFI 6 technology is a nice touch, further enhancing the online experience. Additionally, I love that this projector can double as a Bluetooth speaker. It has Bidirectional 5.0 Bluetooth chips, so it’s not just a projector but also a standalone Bluetooth speaker. It’s convenient for playing music or audio books. The compact and portable design makes it easy to move the projector from room to room or even take it on outdoor adventures. Despite its small size, the projector delivers powerful color performance, and image quality. It’s definitely a great buy for my household!
There is a speaker included but for our purposes we used an external speaker and it has an aux port to plug into. I could not believe how crystal clear the image shows up even on a 15 ft outdoor screen. It recalibrates as needed and it was impressively accurate with the calibration to make the image high quality. Very happy with this projector!
I couldn’t be more happy with his projector. It had no problem Casting an image on a 22 foot projector. In fact, I could probably go larger! I use a sound bar with mine. However, the speakers are great and loud ( awesoem base) I’m not the most technologically advanced guy, but this was plug and play and very easy to get running the auto focus and auto adjustment was a godsend, no messing around with adjusting the height for angle of the projector, I did all the work for me!

This is an amazing projector! The picture is leaps above any of our previous projectors.
1920 x 1080 resolution, vivid colors, the built-in WiFi works great. (It made it much easier to connect outside directly to the network, we’re using it to do outdoor movies.) We didn’t get any skipping streaming a couple of hi-def Disney movies directly from Disney+, and it has pretty much every streaming app we need. HDMI from my laptop also worked well.
The 1200 lumen brightness was a huge improvement over our previous projector, and the auto-focus and auto-keystone worked well and made setup easier. We’re hopeful the air purification system means a long bulb life.
We included a 1 minute video clip so you can see how vibrant the picture is. And we included a few photos with the lights both off and on. Our screen is huge. It’s basically the wall in our library.
We got this for outdoor movies. This will be especially helpful in summer, when it’s brighter a little later and you want to start a movie at 8:30 rather than waiting for it to get completely dark at 9:30.
This is much more forgiving of settings than the usual projector. Anyone who’s set up a movie outside knows how hard it is to get ideal angles, so my hub tried it out from about 10 feet away on the floor projecting up, and several different ridiculous angles. It self-corrects surprisingly well. The pictures you see are from it sitting on the arm of a chair.

All I had to do when I plugged it in was simply sign in to my wifi and I was good to go. As soon as I was connected I was able to sign in to any apps that I have or that are already provided in the menu of the projector – you can see all of the apps in the photos I provided.
My kids are loving this projector. All they want to do is hang out in the basement with their friends and watch YouTube and Netflix.
The picture quality is incredible as you can see in my photos. I wanted to show examples of when lights are on in the room and when lights are off. Of course any room with a projector will show better with lights off, but this one is really really good even with the lights on. The colors are so vibrant and if you want you can adjust the settings to be even more colorful and vibrant or less colorful – it’s your preference.
When I ordered it it arrived very quickly, couple days I think. And the packaging was very nice as well. Also, there are so many inputs for all kinds of different things, HDMI, USB, game consoles, everything.
I would buy this again for sure. You can’t beat the quality at this price. And the company and employees are extremely helpful!
