This comes with three different bands of increasing resistance, a door jam so you can do more exercises, and a bag to keep it all tidy.

These bands can be used at home or at the gym to increase your strength. They allow for a variety of different movements and training of different muscles.

The bands are great for resistance training following physiotherapy before moving onto weights or as an alternative to weight training if you are not wanting to go to the gym.

The bands seem to be strong and durable so should last a long time. The bands are flat instead of the usual round ones but just as comfy in your hands and less likely to roll.

The quality of the bands is impressive; they feel durable and well-made. They have proven to be quite effective for my simple workout routines and back stretches. The varying levels of resistance make them versatile for different exercises, allowing me to gradually increase intensity as needed.

Simple, practical and at 12.99 for a set of three, they’re great. The thickness of the bands make them comfortable to grip onto for different exercises, although less comfortable to step on.

Good value, so these resistance bands are recommendable by me. Overall, I’m satisfied and would recommend these to anyone looking for simple and basic home work outs.

Decent variety of weights, without the need for any clips or handles. The clip on device is helpful too, allowing different positions to be used such as attached to a ceiling pole or door frame.

The looped bands means you’ve got cool choice of positions which you can use. They’re strong material too.
I would say it would have been cool if there were some sort of handles you could use with them, as that often makes a big difference to these sort of bands, but if used as the pictures suggest and you’re not bothered with the gripping method for your hands, these are a perfect choice at a fair price.

Comes in a mini box with a little carry / organise case too. Pleased although personally I wish I put a little more money into a set with a slight bit more customisation possible so 4/5

This kit comprises of 3 bands of different tensions which alone provides a wide range of exercises for the whole body, shoulder presses, lat raises, bicep curls, triceps extensions, chest extensions/presses etc. But with the addition of the door hook, elevates the range of this kit considerably, pull downs, chest pulls, lat pulls…basically, all the same muscle groups but with a wider variety of movement variations because the door hook can be adjusted at different heights on the door side edge. And another set of exercises is achievable with the hook on the top of the door as show in my photos.

Generally, I never do exercises where the stretch bands are anchored under the feet WHILE the feet is in the air, such as leg presses because the stretch bands can easily slip of the feet. However, the red band is an exception which is the highest tension, is very broad. So much so, that it enables me to use the band for additional exercises such as the aforementioned leg press where I can confidently anchor the band under my feet (in the air, lying on my back) without it slipping. I would not do it with the other lower resistance bands because they are thinner and so they can roll off.

The bands and the door hook feel very robust giving me full confidence in my workouts.

This is overall a fantastic quality kit, making it easier to change and add variations to my workouts every phase.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent bands kit providing a huge range of exercises thanks to the door hook.

AUVIM resistance bands set arrived to me as described and on time. The set I received looks just like the photos advertised.
As other reviewers have mentioned you get three colour bands (red, purple, blue) with different resistance strengths ranging from 10 – 60lbs. The set comes with a carry bag and instructions, which are good for caring for the bands but don’t actually give much information on how to use the bands.
I followed different workout’s online using the bands and found that to be helpful.
Overall I believe these are high quality, durable bands with good elasticity. The price is good for what you get and they products feel like they’d last a long time.

Set of 3 bands with 3 resistance levels ,a door anchor and a useful drawstring storage bag .. great to add versatility and different exercise options to your workout.

A good length and variety of resistance with the possibility of doubling up the bands meant that everyone in the family could find what worked for them.
A little instruction book came with the package but I didn’t find it that useful. It was difficult to see in the images exactly how the bands were used in some exercises .

The door anchor is a useful addition , making sure that the door opens away from you and that nobody will open the door while you are using it .pull ups and stretches much easier and smoother than weights and I found my joints were less achey afterwards .

I’m new to resistance training but very pleased with what I’ve achieved so far . These are great value for money and pack away small enough to travel with.
I do find the bands start hurting my hands after a while so I’ll be using gloves with them in future.
Overall very pleased and a great addition to my regular workouts

4.0 out of 5 stars Good quality home workout bands

The set of bands covers three resistance levels represented by three colours — blue band (10-20 lb), purple band (20-35 lb), and red resistance band (35-60 lb). By the combination of the bands, a theoretical resistance of up to 115 lb can be achieved. A decent range of activities can be done, even for a fitness enthusiast. Different from my old silicone bands which are round, the bands have a flat shape. As they are made of natural latex material, they do not give your hands a hurting feeling when you stretch them. Each band seems strong and durable. They can quickly recover after being stretched. A door anchor is included in the package. It gives you more choices in selecting different exercises. A simple instruction booklet is also included. The illustrated activities are helpful for beginners. More advanced programmes can be easily found on the Internet. I am not sure if the band colours will fade with time as my old silicone bands did. At least so far, no sign indicates this will happen. In my opinion, it deserves 5 stars.

I’d say these are great for beginners like me who has a small build and are limited on space. The set comes with 3 resistance bands which are good quality and versatile. A draw string bag is also included which is handy for storing everything in and there’s a door anchor for doing exercises over the door. I found the 10-20 and 20-35lb wasn’t enough however I can use the 35-60lb with the 20-35lb which worked for me.

The workout guide could do with some improvement. I didn’t find the instructions very helpful especially for someone like myself who has never used resistance bands before now. In the workout guide there’s just a bunch of images which aren’t very clear with no text explaining each workout and on the second page is just care instructions. Some of the images were easy enough to understand but a few of them not so much. The manual is not very beginner friendly and I think they could have done a better job but the product itself is good.

5.0 out of 5 stars Good for beginners but user guide needs improveme

For someone like me, convalescing and recovering form surgery, these are a great way of keeping muscle tone and getting back into shape.
I can’t get to the gym or go for a run but I can sit in a chair and use these for stretching and pulling.
There are three bands of varying strength so I can begin with the lightest one and work my way up.
That way with each of them I can feel they are doing some good before I move on to the next.
I don’t think I’ll get to the strongest ones for a while so they will certainly test my stamina and ability on a daily basis.
There is also a bag to keep them all in, which will come in very useful.

If you are new to resistance training because you are looking to improve your fitness and strength, or your physiotherapist has advised you to purchase a set of resistance bands to assist with rehabilitation from an injury, then this resistance band set would be a great option for you. If however you are looking for anything more advanced than either of these cases then you will likely find the strength of the resistance in these bands to be too light for your needs. You can of course double up on the bands or use all three at one time to ‘stack’ the resistance to make the exercises harder, but then why not just buy a heavier set to start with.

The set comes in a box which contains the three resistance bands with different levels of resistance (blue – light @ 10-20lb / 4.5-9 kg, purple – medium @ 20-35lb / 9-16 kg, red — heavy @ 35-60lb / 16-27 kg), a door anchor, a storage bag and an instruction leaflet.

The storage bag is non-branded, appears well stitched at the seams and is made of what feels to be pretty durable material.

The door anchor is a nice addition and opens up the number of exercises which are possible to be performed with the resistance bands in and around the home. A really IMPORTANT note though when using the door anchor is to ensure that you are pulling the opposite way to which the door itself opens, so you are pulling against the door frame. Please refer to attached photos showing how to fit the anchor and how it should look once in place and being pulled on with resistance band.

The instruction leaflet is very basic containing high level information on how to care for the bands and nine example exercises (three of which require additional equipment). If you want to find exercises that can be performed with resistance bands there are loads of videos on YouTube and as with pretty much everything these days, google is also your friend here.

Time will tell how long these bands last but after first few sessions they have performed well and show no signs of wear (no splitting or cracking).

Overall I would recommend this set if as stated as the beginning of the review you are new to resistance training or are going through injury rehabilitation. I would also recommend them to others who might be looking for a set that can easily be packed to take travelling for use whilst away (total set weight in bag is 382 grammes).

5.0 out of 5 stars Great option for beginners, injury rehab or as a set to take away when travelling

12 is a really decent price for this item. In the lead up to Christmas, it’s really hard to find time to get to the gym. I don’t really want to make excuses for myself, so to get a decent workout in I’d say these resistance bands will definitely get the job done!

To review the quality I ran the bands through a quick push/pull workout. Whilst you’re obviously not going to get the same benefit as a pair of dumbbells or a barbell, these bands do offer some versatility.

Working out with one band at a time was a little repetitive and I didn’t get too much of a pump. However, combining all of the bands together around a secure surface I was able to perform different variations of rows and pressing exercises.

The bands themselves are very sturdy and don’t feel like they will snap all to easily. The resistance bands are also easy to compact into a travel bag, which is great if you’re heading to an area with no gym!

For the gym fanatic on a budget, i’d highly recommend these bands!

5.0 out of 5 stars A good home workout for a low price!

I use resistance bands a lot, usually the flat ribbon style but wanted to try bands so these were offered at an opportune time.

I have tried them all prior to reviewing, but only actually used the blue one so far both with and without the door anchor. As a safety note always make sure you use the door anchor where the door does not open towards you. The door anchor can be used at the top, sides and even underneath the door so you can get various angles for your exercises.

I have used the blue band as a single long circle, knotted (carefully so it does not slip) as a smaller circle and doubled up to suit training for my particular sport. These seem to be quality products and I will be definitly be showing them to the people I coach.

I have only very briefly been able to use these as yet, but their quality is excellent. As clearly stated in their description there are 3 different strengths of band to be used as you build up your strength or to assist with exercise, in my case it will be for Pilates and re-conditioning post operatively. I used to have access to a good Pilates Reformer studio and with these bands I am going to be able to replicate some of the exercises that helped strengthen my calf and ankle muscles.

I have not yet tried the door anchor so cannot comment. My only concern was that the bands were narrow and resolved to only use them whilst wearing trainers. These are certainly much better that the flexi silicone bands I have been using and in any event even those roll up into tiny strips when exercising my legs. Well pleased with these. would recommend.

This is a nice set of resistance bands. You get a 10-20lb (4.5 – 9kg), 20-35lb (9 – 15kg), and 35-60lb (15 – 27kg) one. They all seem well made, and if you combine them all together, then theoretically you can get a total resistance of just over 30kg which is a decent amount.

You also get a “thing” to wedge in the top of a door, so you can thread the band through it for suspended exercises. Lastly you get an ok quality pouch to store it all in.

Overall I think 12.99 is a really fair price for a decent quality set of resistance bands, and happy to recommend them.

    5 stars – I love it
    4 stars – I like it
    3 stars – It’s ok
    2 stars – I don’t like it

These are high quality bands which will help you on your way to resistance training

The highest resistance is 35-60lb and lowest 10-20lb so if you’re looking for something to assist with light resistance training for physio, looking to work on overall shoulder health without using weights or progressive overloading bicep curls by standing on one end and curling the other, you can’t really go wrong

I think for more experienced lifters, you would want something with much higher resistance, but for beginners or physio purposes these give a very nice range of resistances to work with

Perfect way to exercise for people who lack space.

The collection of coloured bands arrived boxed and includes a small storage bag.

    An instruction guide is included.

The bands appear to be of good quality and should last well.

Good small present for a teen.
