This bathtub cushion is a great invention for little ones’ baths. It is super soft and adapts to the baby’s shape, which gives you a break because you have both hands free to play with the baby and not just to hold him. Plus, it floats beautifully and is like a mini aquatic throne for your newborn. I give it four stars and not five because, although it is a relief for the back, it gets quite soaked and you have to drain it well after using it. But wow, I highly recommend it.
Using this seat for our 8 month old. Wish it was a bit bigger. If you want to adjust the straps just twist them around, works for us. Would never put this in the washing machine (as previous one exploded) , but gentle hand wash does the job. Would definitely recommend drying on the radiator immediately as the foam is quite dense and might hold onto moisture.
Full disclosure – I haven’t actually used this with a real live baby yet, as my grandchild hasn’t been born. However, I’ve examined it carefully and it seems to be everything it claims to be. Well-made, well-padded, easy to use straps. Pretty pattern too. I’m sure it will prove both useful and safe, and will certainly give me confidence after so many years without a baby to bathe as well as be a great boon to the new mother.
This is a really well made, excellent bath cushion likely too be suitable for upto 12 months.
The cushion is made with soft materials so shouldn’t cause any problems for you or baby.
The side of the cushion is plump and soft as well as being sturdy, ensuring baby stays in place.
The cushion had tie straps to the top and sides which should make securing the cushion easy.
Overall it is a decent cushion that will ensure to keep bath time safe for you and baby.
