Works well and has different settings for low, medium and high heat. Unfortunately, my straightener broke after three uses, but the seller replaced it with a new one within 24 hours. That’s very good customer service! I can’t say much about how durable my purchase will be, but it’s definitely good value for money and probably the prettiest straightener I’ve ever owned and it straightens my hair and makes it nice and shiny.
Christmas prese
Bought for my daughter for Christmas. She says they are great. Light and effective and good value. Only gripe would be that they arrived with delivery label attached to the box and box discarded on the doorstep. Not great when a present please Amazon package in protection of a bag or box for this type of item! Would be 5 star otherwise
These didn’t arrive well, (I was a bit cross). The box was ripped and open and i was worried they weren’t genuine, but my son checked them out and they are genuine. I have only used them once as I don’t do my hair a lot and hadn’t had straighteners for years. But wanted some for the times you want to make an effort These are actually no effort, easy to use, light and quick. I like them and recommend them.
They need to be packaged better from Amazon. You couldn’t of given these as a gift due to the way they were packaged- well not packaged I should say!
It arrived with some chips in the outer casing. It doesn’t alter the use of the straightners thankgoodness but I tried raising a complaint with Amazon and they offered a return for a refund. I couldn’t be bothered with that as they do a good job, so I’ll just reflect the defects in this review. I would have been upset if this was a gift for someone else. The box and everything it came in was not damaged at all so it must have happened during manufacturing. Anyway, probs best not to buy as a gift but if it’s for personal use, I’d recommend them. My hair is thick and I used the middle heat setting and it straightened my hair no problem, didn’t even need to section my hair either. Great value for money I’d say.
