The machine arrived on Saturday. I paid for unpack, installation, test and removal service. I warned I lived on the second floor. (English second floor). I had to disconnect the old machine from the water and electrical supply and ensure the guys had access. The guys got on with things briskly and efficiently. Very thorough putting the machine through it’s paces and filming it. I signed for the machine and they took away the packaging and the old machine.
The new machine is very quiet. I’d have no compunction about using this machine at night. It seems easy to use. it is my first machine with a digital display. You can even time it to start working later. I like the fact the detergent tray can be removed for cleaning. Whether it will last as long as my own machine remains to be seen.

I had Bush for 6 years , then bought this one at first got disappointed turn read the manual as it was different from the previous one. Now very happy as the noise is even better than Bush and all is good .
The quick wash is great. The 40-60 Eco cycle weighs the dry clothes so a light load finishes sooner, saving water & electricity.
Has delayed start option as well as one that will hold clothes in rinse cycle so they don’t crease. Then when back home you can either drain or spin + drain (& lower spin speed) depending on items in the wash.

The washer is very good but it is not helped by the instructions which are 38 pages long. I still have not worked out how to get the particular programme I need. The programme selection knob is not straight forward
Very good value
Very pleased with washer. Seems well made, does 20degC wash and tells you how much energy each wash uses in the manual. Some of the reviews say cycles take longer than others but I use on economy 7 so that doesn’t matter and there in a 30 min wash in you are desperate. Worth taking out an extended Amazon warranty as it’s much cheaper than the Beko one. Would definitely recommend
locking bolts were difficult , nut size would have helped had to go through a few spanners before I found the correct one .
Also the top one had already been removed and had a plastic cover over hole, But nothing told me that it had been done , so I tried to take off cover for a look !! it fell inside !! 5 covers were supplied so I was able to replace over hole . ( hope the plastic cover which fell into the inside will not cause any problems )

Although initially there was an attempt to deliver days before expected delivery date they contacted me and a firm date was arranged which was adhered to and a notification by phone was given within 15 minutes of actual delivery. Well pleased
Bought this through Amazon but from AO. From start to finish we had excellent communication and the guys who delivered it were fantastic and so helpful. They even took the old machine away. The washing machine is so easy to use. It is also extremely quiet. The only downside is that the cycles are so long although I’m finding the 28 minutes quick cycle very useful. Thank goodness our clothes are not heavily soiled. I would definitely recommend not only this machine but AO too
