These gummies are good. They have a nice flavour and are enjoyable to take. They come in a nice big bottle so they’ll last quite a while. I’m not sure if i’v seen a difference yet.

I take Biotin every day to help with hair loss etc. Normally I take one pill first thing in the morning.
I am totally converted by these Gummies. They taste lovely and are a pleasure to suck on. Chewing them would be a waste!

Been taking these for a couple of month now and have been taking 2 a day (apart from a few days missed) I think i have noticed more baby hairs growing around my hair line but other than that I haven’t noticed too much of a difference yet. I do really enjoy the flavour though, they are very sweet.

Pretty much all supplements I’ve used over the years you have to take anywhere from a couple weeks to a few months to notice a big difference. I can only assume that applies to biotin also. My husband and I have been taking them for a short while now — too short to notice a difference other than my nails have been splitting less than is normal for me. I believe my nail quality will continue to improve. If this proves to not be the case, I will update my review.
The gummies have a nice taste. They’re easy to chew (not hard). It’s also a nice change of pace not having to swallow yet another pill. Considering the bottle contains 150 gummies that’s enough for the two of us for two and one half months. I love that. Will I buy this again? Quite likely. Would I recommend it? Yes.

Weak nails and losing hair due to menopause, thought i would try these as several friends have had good results. I like that the dosage, allergy and cautions are very clear. They are written in plain English and state that they are a supplement not meant to replace any prescribed medication. Taste ok and yes i remembered to chew. Hopefully they will yield results in the future

Chewable Gummy Biotin Hair Tablets
I unfortunately have very fine hair which has been damaged due to hair extensions and hair straighteners therefore I am always on the look on for something that can help with my hair. I also struggle with swallowing tablets, and even with the best endeavours always end up starting a tub of biotin tablets and soon forget. These tablets (very tasty sweets) are soo nice I am hoping they are the answer to my prayers. With the promise of 1-2 sweets a day to encourage and help my hair, I am really hopefully they may make the difference I’ve been waiting for. Worst case scenario- I get a couple of sweets each day. A win win!

I requested this item for my daughter who has very sparse and thin hair due to medication side effects so it’s possible that she won’t see a difference because of the cause. Still, it’s worth a try. Since this is a Vine item, I have to review it within a month, which in this case isn’t really possible as it takes hair and nails a while to grow. So far, the gummies look and taste fine, so it’s just a case of wait and see and I’ll update this review in due course. As a precaution, I would recommend that you check the ingredients if you are already taking other supplements as it is possible to have too much of a good thing.
