Does the job, nice and robust.
This is a simple plastic case for mouth guards. It’s solidly made, and easy enough (but not too easy) to open. The carabiner loop is a nice touch – not really used by me but it works fine.
If anything, the case is possibly a little big – my mouth guard does rattle around in there, but it’s not a problem and doesn’t affect use really.
Ventilated mouth guard case
This mouth guard case is ventilated, which should help slow down the growth of bacteria/germs. I would still recommend regularly washing it and your mouth guard though.
There is plenty of space to fit one or a couple of mouth guard pieces.
10 seems overpriced for what you get. I would not pay more than 6 or 7 (with Prime delivery). It’s just a small, plastic case after all.
Mouth guard case
My eldest’s gum shield was getting a bit battered in his school bag to the point that the clasp was becoming temperamental, so when I saw this I was keen to try it. Decent size, so would suit adult or children, and with a caribina to hook it onto the outside of your bag. Nice bright colour too and my child is happy.
Better than the case included with the mouthguard.
Easy to open, but won’t open accidentally. Vent holes to let the mouthguard dry. The plastic is nice and solid so should survive impacts and being bashed about in a kids backpack.
Decent quality case, easy to open/close
Picked up this BVN mouthguard case after i found the standard flimsy one that came with my mouthguard broken in my gym bag.
This BVN case is a lot more sturdier than my previous one, its made with stronger materials, has a metal pin through the hinge & is just better quality overall.
It was easy to open/close & comes with a carabiner clip if you want to clip it onto your gym bag or zip.
The only downside for me is it is a little larger than what it needs to be for my mouthguard.
I’m pretty sure my mouthguard is a adult medium & there is quite a lot of spare room so you could easily fit multiple guards in the case.
However that does also mean it will be plenty big enough for pretty much any size mouthguard, even a bimaxillary guard or if you wear top & bottom guards for your sport.
Overall i’ve been really happy with this case.
The case has been made to a really good standard & is way better quality than the original case i got from my mouthguard manufacturer.

Spacious and lightweigh
Perfect for storing your mouth guard in. Comes with plenty of room for all different sizes and has air vents in the bottom to allow to mouth guard to air out.
The keychain is a nice addition, allowing you to clip it to your sports bag or keys so you don’t lose it.
Fairly priced, lightweight, well made and spacious.
Perfect case for gum shield
The middle daughter plays rugby and so needs a case for the gumshield. She had been using the little one that came with it but it was pretty flimsy to start with and was getting pretty gross so definitely due an upgrade!
The first thing noticeable with this one is the size. It is a big, sturdy case with a metal rod hinge mechanism which is going to last. As well as being able to accommodate larger gum shields, the larger size also makes it less easy to ‘misplace’ which has been a common problem in the past.
The next thing is the design. It has a dimpled bottom to stop things sliding around and, most importantly, it has ventilation holes. If you have ever put a wet gum shield in an enclosed plastic case for a prolonged period of time, you will understand how good this feature is and I’m sure will increase the longevity of the holder, and its contents, for a long time.
Finally, the little carabiner clip that comes with it is perfect for clipping it to the outside of her boot bag which is a lot more practical.
Overall, it’s a great little product. No more contaminated gum shield, one much happier daughter! 🙂
Very sturdy but also huge.
This is a big old guard. It therefore is compatible with almost every gum shield but it’s chunky.
Hinge is a proper one with a metal Rod so will last. Has small air holes and a textured finished to hold things in place. Thr lanyard mounting (detachable) is also a nice touch.
Fantastic mouthguard case
This case is fantastic for mouthguards or retainers. I love the fact that the box is completely plastic with no rubber, meaning that you can easily wash it and keep it hygienic. The box is fairly big, and I can fit both my mouthguards and retainers in at once with no struggle. The fact that you get a little carabiner with it is very nice as it minimizes the risk of looking at your box, at least for me. So overall, I recommend this box for its size and for its easy of cleaning.

Since I sat on my old gumshield case and broke it, I have been using a crappy ziplock bag, or the old, broken case held together with a rubber band.
This case is ace!
It is made of a nice hard plastic and has small vent holes in it, so it dries easily when you wash it out.
It clicks shut nice and firmly, but it opens easily.
It has an actual hinge (rather than just a piece of plastic that bends) so, with care, it should probably last forever.
In the bottom there is a space to write in your name, phone number and the name of your team – useful if you ever lose it.
Bottom line – if I do ever break or lose it, I will probably buy an exact replacement.
Gum shield case
Bought this for my son’s rugby gum shield as the one it came in broke he has a professional shield made but the cases are so flimsy this case however is great easy to open and close and sturdy.

No more losing the mouthguard! The clip is great and means it bow has a fixed spot in the sports bag. There is also space to write (in permanent pen) your name, class or sport team.
Sturdy and well designed. It will fit any size in too.
Big, robust, handy clip and pink!
This is a big mouthguard holder, I got it for a child’s hockey mouthguard but it should hold any size comfortably.
The colour appealed, it’s ideal for school as it stands out from the crowd and the clip means I can clip it inside the sports bag to reduce the chances of it being lost. There’s a space to write team, name and phone on the back, I usually stick a sticker on the front of the case or write the name on with a sharpie, I can do either in this space. There are ventilation holes in both the top and bottom to ensure the gumshield dries.
I have posted photos of this case against our existing, much smaller case to show the relative size vs. the box originally provided with the gumshield which fits the gums held very snuggly.
I can’t deny, from the sales photos the case looked much shinier with an almost pearlescent finish on top but overall it’s a good sized robust case with a handy clip which will no doubt trigger a storm of requests to fellow parents when it’s taken into school this week.
Does what its suppose to
Fits mouth guard, sturdy design. Clip is a nice feature helping to keep it easy to find instead of buried amongst other equipment. Easy to keep clean. Protects guard and keeps it clean.
