My cat loves them.
The clippers are sharp and comfortable for me to use on my cat and more importantly, she’s more at ease when having her claws cut.A very good buy all round.
Work well
These work really well I worry about our cats nails with our kids in case he catches them. These really help take the sharp edge off and I think he’s been using the stairs less for his claws so win win!!
Managed to do both dogs nails brilliantly
My dogs are getting old so getting to need for nail trim is hard so decided to try at home. Performance was good easy to use nice and sharp and comfy to hold. Nice colour blue to appearance wise exactly like the picture .
Ease & safety of the use of this claw clippers was my main concern. They are brilliant, no noise when clipping, they do not drag at the claws because they are so sharp so performance is excellent. I purchased an extra pair for my neighbour to use on all 4 of his cats & canary. Happy days no more clawing at my leather furniture.
I was a bit unsure about doing this my self as my cats are old and grumpy but decided I would try as they don’t go out side anymore and aren’t interested in scratching posts. So pleased I did, my eldest cat has got so long it must have been painful to walk, she hated having them done but after a few attempts we got there and she seem less grumpy. The other cat just sat back and let it happen. Over and one in just a few minutes. So eay to use.
I am a trainee dog groomer and I purchased these nail clippers to add to my grooming kit. I must say that I am so pleasantly surprised at the professional quality of them. The handles are incredible sturdy without being too heavy, the clippers are sharp and allow for a lovely clean cut and the additional guard is fabulous if you are worried about taking too much off of the nail (always good to air on the side of caution if you are inexperienced at nail clipping). The added bonus of a nail file is lovely too and will be good to keep in my kit. I will update as time goes on, should anything change but at the moment I am very pleased with this piece of kit!
I had to get a new pair so to clip my cats claws especially our older cat, who in her old age no longer sharpens her claws on the numerous cat scratching posts we have around the house. If you have super chubby fingers, like me, then it can be a bit of a pain to use. But not overly so.
Cuts the cat’s claws really well, with very little stress, our older kitty really hates them being done, and I mean abhors it. When she is in a deep sleep and dreaming, we get her claws then, and she does not even realize. The shape of these make a quick job of doing the deed, lol.

My 6 month spaniel has an odd little toe where the nail doesn’t touch the ground and so isn’t worn down so I needed to either book an expensive vet appointment or do it myself. These clippers have done the job perfectly. Would recommend.
My French bulldog pup needed his little wolverine claws cutting. I paid 50 at the vet to have this done first time around which I thought was a little bit steep considering how long my pup was in there. So I observed what the vet did took a note of the clippers and found them on here. You really can’t go wrong with these as there is a little guard that prevents you from going too far and cutting the pups quick. My pup is going through toddler stage atm which means he jumps in fright at the sound of his own butt so for more nervous dogs you might want a calming chew before you attempt this. The file is a great add on as it helps shape and blunt the claws so when they jump up for a love they don’t take the flesh from your arm. These are a very good product for the price, and pretty idiot proof.

Feel a bit flimsy but do the job. I use for cat claws so do work on a smaller animal, could not comment if they would be suitable for even smaller animals (e.g Guinea pig)

I wear a head torch to ensure I don’t get my dog’s quick (although accidents do occasionally happen), and ensure I use the file to smooth the nails out so they don’t scratch. Very pleased with the purchase and hope they last for a long time.
Easy enough for professional groomers & owners to use
Finger holes are on the small side. But they work well in all sorts of directions as you will all know what our kitties are like!
