FAQ: Why does the light keep flashing and the phone cannot be charged?
1. Make sure your device supports the wireless charging function described above.
2. Check if you are using the adapter in our package or the 18W QC 3.0 fast adapter for charging.
3. Check if the phone is charged with the case, check your device case for metal foreign objects, magnetic and metal accessories will make the LED blink and prevent charging. If yes, please take off the protective case and try to charge.
4. If you are using an ordinary 5V charger, the light will flash slowly when the product is in standby.
FAQ: Does my phone have a case that can be charged wirelessly?
1. Do not use thick shells larger than 2MM, not suitable for other anti-fall thick shells.
2. If you are an iphone 12Pro Max/13 promax series mobile phone, please do not use a mobile phone case larger than 2MM to achieve the best charging effect.
FAQ: My phone is an iPhone 13/12 series, but it cannot be charged?
1. If your iPhone cannot be charged, it may be caused by the IOS version (especially IOS 14.3). Please try restarting your phone to resolve this issue.
2. Please place your device correctly in the charging area, try to lay it horizontally or remove the phone case.
FAQ: The phone disconnects automatically after charging for a while, how can I solve this problem?
1. This may be caused by unstable voltage, please do not use computer or other devices to power wireless charging, please use the charging cable and fast charger in our box. (Using 5V or computer power supply may cause the mobile phone case/watch/earphone to be unable to be charged and to be disconnected)
2. Try restarting the phone/try restarting the wireless charging product.
This does the job, flimsy in construction, weak support. phone has to be in correct position otherwise will not charge. Acceptable for the cost. Sometimes will start flashing as if a problem. stops by just touching phone.
Great price, 3 in 1 magnetic fast charger, that folds flat to allow for travel. 45 or 60 degree angle for charging phone, which can be set either vertical or horizontal. Tried with both a case & no case fitted and both work! Smart watch hanger for charging and a flat area for ear pod case charging too, which is illuminated by a switchable (on/off) blue pulsing LED when charging.
I had a minor charging issue that required the unit being disconnected to re-set it, on contacted the manufacturer (as recommended) their customer service replied very quickly and resolved the issue with an immediate replacement. Excellent and helpful service!
I absolutely love my 3 in 1 wireless charging unit for iPhone, Apple Watch, and AirPods. The convenience of being able to charge all three devices simultaneously is much better than the previous cable mess. The build quality is good, and it seems reliable a few months into use.
However, there is one minor issue I’ve encountered. Occasionally, the charging light for the AirPods turns on at night, and it’s quite bright, sometimes waking me up. Thankfully, it’s easily resolved by pushing the button to turn it off. Overall, it’s a minor inconvenience compared to the convenience and efficiency this charging unit offers. Highly recommended!
Charges really fast and keeps your phone propped up in case you want to keep it held up somewhere like your nightstand. Perfect for travel as well since you can keep it flat for packing. Light around the air pods charger can even double as a small night light.
Just want to say how impressed I am with the excellent customer service I have received. When I received the first product, it unfortunately stopped working and I was past the return date. The customer services team actively reached out to me and wanted to ensure that the product I received was a one off defective charger. They kindly sent me out a new product which arrived the next day, this confirmed the product was a one off defective charger. The new charger is brilliant, charges all of my gadgets. I love how when you put your phone on charge horizontally, this triggers the NightStand features of the iPhone. Charging is a bit slower than the lightning cable, but that’s to be expected. Doesn’t impact me as I charge it at night. Excellent product and amazing customer care. Thank you team.
Bought this item for iPhone 8 and apple watch 8 and it clears up my desk and charges my phone and watch really fast. Easy to fold up and use for travel. Materials feel high quality and colour is nice. Would recommend.
The charger it’s very compact and charing power seems enough. A bit slower than other chargers but very convenient, even for traveling, as it folds flat. The only con is that the flap that allows it to fold, folds too easily, so sometimes it folds as you try to put your phone on.
