FAQ: Why does the light keep flashing and the phone cannot be charged?
1. Make sure your device supports the wireless charging function described above.
2. Check if you are using the adapter in our package or the 18W QC 3.0 fast adapter for charging.
3. Check if the phone is charged with the case, check your device case for metal foreign objects, magnetic and metal accessories will make the LED blink and prevent charging. If yes, please take off the protective case and try to charge.
4. If you are using an ordinary 5V charger, the light will flash slowly when the product is in standby.
FAQ: Does my phone have a case that can be charged wirelessly?
1. Do not use thick shells larger than 2MM, not suitable for other anti-fall thick shells.
2. If you are an iphone 12Pro Max/13 promax series mobile phone, please do not use a mobile phone case larger than 2MM to achieve the best charging effect.
FAQ: My phone is an iPhone 13/12 series, but it cannot be charged?
1. If your iPhone cannot be charged, it may be caused by the IOS version (especially IOS 14.3). Please try restarting your phone to resolve this issue.
2. Please place your device correctly in the charging area, try to lay it horizontally or remove the phone case.
FAQ: The phone disconnects automatically after charging for a while, how can I solve this problem?
1. This may be caused by unstable voltage, please do not use computer or other devices to power wireless charging, please use the charging cable and fast charger in our box. (Using 5V or computer power supply may cause the mobile phone case/watch/earphone to be unable to be charged and to be disconnected)
2. Try restarting the phone/try restarting the wireless charging product.

Great price, 3 in 1 magnetic fast charger, that folds flat to allow for travel. 45 or 60 degree angle for charging phone, which can be set either vertical or horizontal. Tried with both a case & no case fitted and both work! Smart watch hanger for charging and a flat area for ear pod case charging too, which is illuminated by a switchable (on/off) blue pulsing LED when charging.
I had a minor charging issue that required the unit being disconnected to re-set it, on contacted the manufacturer (as recommended) their customer service replied very quickly and resolved the issue with an immediate replacement. Excellent and helpful service!
Flimsy
This does the job, flimsy in construction, weak support. phone has to be in correct position otherwise will not charge. Acceptable for the cost. Sometimes will start flashing as if a problem. stops by just touching phone.

I absolutely love my 3 in 1 wireless charging unit for iPhone, Apple Watch, and AirPods. The convenience of being able to charge all three devices simultaneously is much better than the previous cable mess. The build quality is good, and it seems reliable a few months into use.
However, there is one minor issue I’ve encountered. Occasionally, the charging light for the AirPods turns on at night, and it’s quite bright, sometimes waking me up. Thankfully, it’s easily resolved by pushing the button to turn it off. Overall, it’s a minor inconvenience compared to the convenience and efficiency this charging unit offers. Highly recommended!
Works exactly as described
Charges really fast and keeps your phone propped up in case you want to keep it held up somewhere like your nightstand. Perfect for travel as well since you can keep it flat for packing. Light around the air pods charger can even double as a small night light.
Excellent customer service and produc
Just want to say how impressed I am with the excellent customer service I have received. When I received the first product, it unfortunately stopped working and I was past the return date. The customer services team actively reached out to me and wanted to ensure that the product I received was a one off defective charger. They kindly sent me out a new product which arrived the next day, this confirmed the product was a one off defective charger. The new charger is brilliant, charges all of my gadgets. I love how when you put your phone on charge horizontally, this triggers the NightStand features of the iPhone. Charging is a bit slower than the lightning cable, but that’s to be expected. Doesn’t impact me as I charge it at night. Excellent product and amazing customer care. Thank you team.
Best wireless charge
Bought this item for iPhone 8 and apple watch 8 and it clears up my desk and charges my phone and watch really fast. Easy to fold up and use for travel. Materials feel high quality and colour is nice. Would recommend.
It works well, if a bit flimsy
The charger it’s very compact and charing power seems enough. A bit slower than other chargers but very convenient, even for traveling, as it folds flat. The only con is that the flap that allows it to fold, folds too easily, so sometimes it folds as you try to put your phone on.

The product was easy to setup, has a nice blue light if you need and charges my iPhone 14 pro quickly as well as my watch. It doesn’t take up much room on the side table and seems to be good quality so far.
I’d advise taking your device off the charger once fully charged to avoid excess heat but that’s the same with any charger. I also like the different colours so I’ll probably get some more for the kids now too.

I was a bit nervous at first as I had recently bought a new IPhone and thought maybe I should buy an Apple charger. But they are so expensive!! I read all the reviews on this product as was worried about my Apple devises over heating. But used for 3 days now and no overheating. It charges all my devices phone/ear buds/watch perfectly. I have only had this for about a month. It works well and eliminates the need for multiple chargers which is much better. So is really good. Only problem is it does seem to emit a quiet hum.
Beatiful but slow charging
It is exactly same as shown in the pictures. Good but very slowly charging. You need more than 3 hours to fully charge the apple watch. On the other side; it is very useful for backup. It cannot be the main charger for your daily use, but ok for backup charger.

So pleased to have found an all in one station that works across my wireless Apple devices! So handy to have in my home office and it’s compact and portable enough to take on trips too!

This has cleared my desk of multiple wires. I’ve got a few gadgets the sometimes need charging up all at the same time. So you can imagine that before I had this product I had so many wires running across my desk. Set up to charge iPhone 14 pro max, Apple Watch Series 3 and Apple ear buds 2nd gen, all worked beautifully. Had heard of some parts not working but so far this has been ok and is good value.
Good bit of kit, a little temperamental.
Its a great all in one and allows me to recharge everything in one go. The only reason I am not giving it 5 is because the phone charger part is a little tempermental and requires a little bit of placement technique in order to to get it working. It might be my unit or something to do with line, but your mileage may vary. The other parts work fine, its just the phone that is a little unforgiving.

This is an excellent product. I bought it in order to be able to charge my iPhone. Apple Watch and ear pods.Setting the device up was very easy. Just plug in and switch on. When I checked further II discovered it could not only charge up my iPhone, but my Samsung Galaxy phone. Not only that, but I could use the surface used for charging the ear pods, to charge another phone. Two phones, and one watch on one device. I would certainly recommend it.

Easy way to charge your phone, AirPods and iwatch all at once! Charges fast too. Nice blue light too. The only minus is the blue light doesn’t go off and that can be an issue when charging at night for people who like their rooms completely pitch black at night.

I have AirPods 2 and unfortunately they don’t seem to be charging – I have tried placing them differently on the port multiple times and I have a 2nd iPhone for work and this does charge on the AirPod port so the port is working.

I first bought this product which turned out to be faulty – The smart watch charging point wouldn’t charge my Apple Watch fully, not even over night.
I left a poor review to which the after sales team contacted me and they sent me a new one within 5 days.

Worked straight out the box simply plugged in and added my devices. Very pleased as I was constantly swapping plugs and loosing the watch down the side of the bed before. This is compact and folds flat so I can take it with me on travels. Charges in good time doesn’t overheat my gadgets very pleased
Excellent product but both emitted a high pitch noise when plugged in using the original plug. Once I changed the plug it became the perfect product. You just need any plug that accepts a usb cable.

This product is perfect for my daughter to charge her devices on without too many cables and wires. It can sit on her desk and she can charge he phone whilst being on a call with her friends. Her earbuds can sit and charge at the same time keeping everything together in one place. Love it!

Great reasonably priced wireless charger works great on all devices looks good too. Can charge phone in various positions comes withe the watch charger pre installed unlike others. No need for messing about with cables just plug in and go.
