Great value case, with some easy install features.
Well built, easy to install, looks good and is inexpensive compared to other cases. Plenty on room for a RTX 3090 in there too, which is why I bought it.

Looks good with 3 RGB fans at the front too.

Thank you so much 🙂 Awesome case upgrade 🙂 Fantastic airflow and great build quality 🙂 Through no fault of the sellers own, the first one they sent out was stolen by the carrier, I contacted them and they were so sweet about it and got it all sorted out for me 🙂 thank you so much I’m super grateful 🙂

    Great case, Great value
I have has mine for a few months, it does what its meant to do, the airflow in the case is amazing, if you have a mid-range PC id even argue that 1 in-take and 1 exhaust fan would be enough. Of course the more in-take is better but this case is perfect for any type of build. Big thanks to Corsair for this one!.

This new 2024 version has one huge improvement.
It gets warm not hot. So charges at a cooler temperature than its predecessor (which I stopped using because too hot). Great value too

    Love i
I had a 650D before this (over 10 years and still as good as new) and wanted to move to something smaller and nicer looking. I wanted to stick with Corsair as their customer support always went above and beyond. The only issue building in this is getting the cables into your PSU and then installing the HDD/SSD cage in the PSU shroud, it’s a tight squeeze. Other than that, this a dream to build in. It’s a beautiful case in person and cable management is a breeze. With little effort, my PC looks professionally built.

A tip for builders – the SSD brackets on the back of the motherboard plate – you install those on top of the brackets, not inside them. Took me a while to figure that one out.

Really nice case and easy if you are a new builder. It looks smart, stick some noctua fans in there and this thing is quiet despite being “airflow” downside is that it actually does it job well and is going to collect a lot of dust…. but then keep your place clean and tidy…. Yes very happy with this case. The corsair case fans in there are also quiet so I kept them in there…. Yeah nice…

    Great little gadge
Pros – convenient, just place and leave, no concern over damaging charging port, great value for money.
Excellent when twinned with Spigen MagSafe Charger Stand.

Cons – handset can still get quite warm/hot. Can’t use phone whilst charging.

Great for overnight charging or folks who WFH as you just place your phone down on it between calls/use.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersGreat!
I love this case! It’s nice and spacious and looks fantastic! Only downside is how long I waited for it to arrive, shipping took a few weeks (and by shipping I mean I was waiting for it to ship, once it was shipped it arrived in 2 days I think).

One thing I didn’t consider though, is the type-c plug in the front panel. Completely forgot that was there and my motherboard doesn’t have a connection for it so it’s just hanging out in the back, not plugged in.

I couldn’t find any nice pink/white cases and since I liked this one so much I spray painted the gray parts pink, looks incredible I love her so much!!

    Totally recommend this case!!

Spacious, ergonomic and stylish case with great cable management.
Pleasure to build with this case. Planty of room for cable managment behind motherboard. You can adjust it to your liking by moving HDD tray or totally removing it. Easy to clean filters, tempered glass panel looks gorgeus. Big step up from my old case, fits arctic freezer 2 240 with ease (my old case was too shallow and fans were unable to fit because of the radiator on motherboard). Rather beefy cards like my TUF 4070 ti super also with without any issues – You can easly fit bigger ones.

10/10, totally worth it. Hard to imagine anything better for 75 quid.

Easy to use case, looks grea
Case looks really nice and is a modern design. Fans look great and the colour can be seen well through the front. SSD slots didn’t work well with my Samsung 850 EVO SSD so I didn’t use them. Had to remove the hard drive holders to allow the power cables to sit better, maybe that’s just me not being able to cable manage that well. Case is easy to use and the glass panel looks great. Came with 2 fans. Very decent case for the price.

Great value at under 80. Nice and sleek design cable management is great. HOWEVER there is no CD/DVD slot so may be a miss for some or just buy an external disc drive caddy.
NOTE! Ensure your psu cables can reach as this design is made towards the modular psu the 24 pin connector will reach its target but the 8 pin mother board just reached the model psu I am using is the power cool 85 plus 650w semi modular from 2012 and a mini atx board ASUS PRIME B450M-A. Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersA Very Nice Mid Tower ATX Chassis Everything but a simple physical User Guide (Online PDF only)
In all areas considered The Corsair 4000D RGB is a Really Premium Choice!
To summarize, A really solid Product, with some very nice touches throughout the product and constructed by a well respected brand name in the PC Build space.
    Read the Full Spiel:-
I decided to pick a Corsair iCUE 4000D RGB Airflow Case to house my new AM5X670E build.
The Ryzen 9 7950X3D will be right at home inside this case.
This is a premium product both in-terms of look’s and actual feel incl. Build quality with some very nice touches throughout. For Example the Corsair 4000D Case has well though out internal cable management and a “Channel” around the rear backplate, to funnel your main cable bundle through..
    – This Case arrived well Packaged, it included x3 Corsair 120mm Elite RGB Fans, RGB Lighting & Fan controller.. Another example of a Premium “Feeling” product are the top Lid Power/Reset button which have a nice “soft-click” feel to it, not too “Clicky”, not too soft feeling when depressed but just the right Feel and sound, not forgetting the USB 3.2 Type C and Type A connectors..
    – The front face of the Case is removable, providing access to the front dust screen. This removable Front face panel is solid and NOT made of plastic or is flexible which is a good thing which adds to the overall premium feel of this Case. The mechanism to attach and detach this front face panel feels robust enough to keep working for the long terms not just a gimmicky thing but functional aspect of this cases design!
    – The protective wrap on the Glass pane is a excellent touch, especially helpful during the initial build stage where its easy to leave the odd hands print here and there, this protective wrap definitely eliminates most of this issue..
    – One of my favorite features of this case are the dust filters/Mesh, This Case combines Three filters in total: One large Top filter (Magnetized), One Large Clip Filter on Front (Filter/Fine Mesh) Screen and also a Small Filter on the underside or the Bottom by the PSU area.. As from past experience, without these dust filters PC Case’s do become quite dusty when all fans are spinning full tilt & sucking up into the case, With these dust filters it will be a huge difference from PC Cases without them.

    The only minor downsides:
The only downside is that there is not enough room to house a 360mm AIO or Rad/Cooler on the top.
A 360mm will fit in the front, if planning on doing a Push/Pull on 360mm you will only find clearance for 5 out of 6 fans (missing x1 fan on the lower part) Maybe there are some ultra slim fans which can be used for full 6 fan push/pull on a 360mm, I’m yet to look properly, another thought will be for GPU length so just be warned if planning on using a 360mm H20 Rad/Fans Setup..
    – What I would have really liked to have seen would have be some Physical Diagram/Illustration or simple user guide bundled inside the box, Yes, I know a PDF is available online, however a physical manual would have been super helpful but I can live without one though!

In all areas considered The Corsair 4000D RGB is a Really Premium Choice!
To summarize, A really solid Product, with some very nice touches throughout the product and constructed by a well respected brand name in the PC Build space.

    I’ll update this with Full Build Vid AM5 Ryzen 9 7950X3D/Asus X670E/NoGPUYet/Vengeance 2x16GB RGB DDR5@6000MHz/NVMe/SSDs/HDDs/Corsair HX1500i PSU/Corsair H150i RGB Elite 360mm and of course The Corsair 4000D RGB Case!
    Hope This helps!

    Good case
Good case provides a robust layout to allow you to maximise the cable management side of things.

One critique would be the psu aspect you should consider Corsair’s shift psu to optimise space.

Having transferred an existing pc to allow for a longer gpu installation into this case, my psu was a bit of a struggle to get in even though it was modular. This was cause by needing to retain the 2.5 inch hardrive bays.

If you need to have Sata drives I’d recommend the shift otherwise you’ll end up with cables pushing right up against the drive bays.

It also makes it a bit difficult when connecting everything up.

Other than that the case is great and looks slick.

Had the psu had more space without needing to invest in a shift psu I would of given it 5 stars.

Got this case to keep my new GPU cool. Overall very happy. Already have a Corsair PSU and peripherals so like the brand. Airflow is excellent and dust filters seem to be doing their job. Included fans were easy to install. Only negative is the ssd mounting point locations. 1 is right on top of the exhaust fan for the psu and the other blocks off cabling from front I/O to the motherboard.

sorry for bad picture quality. This case is perfect for anyone who wants to build their own computer, I have had this for almost 2 years now and it has worked a treat for me, the airflow pared with the corsair fans as amazing, not to mention how there is little dust inside due to the amazing dust filters that come installed, they are easy to remove and clean and hold very well. This is the perfect price for a case and is so worth it.

A great looking case with plenty of space and facets to support cable management.

I had a problem with the glass panel being offset with the case latches due to a manufacturing defect, the panel could freely swing if nudged but the case was still usable. I got I touch with support over the weekend and got a reply the following day.

A replacement panel was sent free of charge. It took about a week to arrive, but it arrived nonetheless.

Very happy with the final product.

    Great Sturdy Case :D
Had this PC case for over a year now, never had any regarding how the PC runs. One silly little detail was that when building the PC I put the front of the case on upside-down because I couldn’t figure out how to get it on there the right way up, and it’s still like that to this day! Regardless of my silly mistake this case has been through moving locations a few times and nothing has broken at all, the sides of the case both come off for easy access when building which made it a very easy process. Would recommend! 😀

One of the best cases I’ve ever bough
I don’t understand why all the professional reviews of this case rate it quite average. On YouTube the reviewers say it is ok but nothing outstanding, but I can tell you now this is one amazing case. So many quality of life features have been implemented that makes it really easy for users to set up a computer system, like cable routing straps and thumb screws that stay in the side panels. This is very user friendly, so for a first time PC builder this is one great case to get. For the more advanced builder they would nitpick some things such as the number of fans included and so on, but I love this case for the ease of use. Recommended!

Going to house my new PC in this case.

Three dust filters at the front, top and bottom of the case. All can be easily removed for cleaning.

Hook and loop cable clips are included for neat cable management.

Only two 12 cm fans are included. If you expect the PC to be hot, better buy an extra fan or two to put inside.

A good looking case with great cooling. Got it for 109 which is a steal for a case of this quality.

Built with 13700k and rtx 4080 and the thermals are amazing in this case. The cpu is running at 5400 mhz on all cores and never goes above 55 degrees and the gpu has never gone above 63 degrees.

This case is a major upgrade from my previous one, it’s beautiful tinted glass side pannel and its excess of cable manegment room is truely amazing to work with, not only does it work its the first PC case i’ve used that i can actually keep the side pannels closed, the ammount of space for fans and pure volume of air that can be pumped through the case is astonashing compared to most, i struggle to find any downside to this case other than the filters can quickly become clogged up but even with dust on them it can still pull a huge volume of air through the case, It may seem expensive but it’ll be the best money you spend on any case out there. slap on some Noctua fans and you’ll never worry about over heating agai

Fits all components nicely, it has a lot of holes around for cable management and a psu cover at bottom where you can store unnecessary cables, at the back you can even hide 2 ssds but little cables those thicker ones make it harder to close, it comes with 2 fans already which is nice and my only negative of this case is the the ports at the front since they could have added more usb, personally I would’ve went with the flow version of the case which doesn’t have a metal plate covering front but it was way more expensive at the time, so if you see them similar price you will hugely benefit from getting the flow version, for some reason also my case manages to get dust inside through all the meshes but I think that’s just my room, taking off the tempered glass and back is really easy.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersBeautiful case with brilliant airflow.
For the price, you really can’t go wrong with this case. The chassis feels very premium, and the tempered glass side compliments the spacious interior.

I mounted a microATX motherboard in this case. There are several standoffs already fitted, but I had to remove them and put the correct ones in for my board. This was a lot harder than I was expecting, as the standoffs were really difficult to take off. I had to use pliers and a lot of force to get them out, shedding little shards of metal all throughout the case in the process. At least there’s markers indicating where to place standoffs depending on your board’s form-factor; it was pretty convenient.

Be careful when taking off the side-panels. They’re attached by a ball and socket joint and secured via thumbscrews, but if you’re not careful it is really easy to drop the glass side in the process because it rests on a small lip near the front.

The included fan screws seemed really cheap, to be honest. Too many of them started to strip when I was attaching my fans.

Although the review has been mostly complaints, it’s only because there’s not too many positive things to say about the case that cannot be inferred by just looking at it. It’s a gorgeous upgrade for virtually any setup.

Largest mid tower on the marke
I brought this case to replace my Corsair Spec Delta case as the tempered glass smashed and because of a clearance issue with my AIO and ram. Speaking of clearance issues beware if you have higher profile ram than the HyperX Fury RGB as my graphics card is sitting on thr bottom of the dimm with about .5mm clearance. Also there is an issue with mounting a larger than ATX form factor psu as my modular psu requires the hard drive cage to be on the last mounting holes anything longer won’t fit with the hard drive cage installed. The case is spacious and clearly cable management was one of there top priorities, there are multiple channels, for cables to route through so only minimal cable is visible. Cutouts rather than rubber grommets for an even cleaner look. I must say the case was a pleasure to build in with ample room for my hands. the ascetics of this case are top notch. The case is easy to clean with removable filters , I live in a flat that seems to generate a ton of dust and I’ve had this case for almost a month I’ve needed to clean the dust filter once and the case once. Then again it’s wasn’t very dusty I just don’t like it building up. The case is really well built aswell even with both side panels off there’s absolutely no flexing when applying pressure.

  43. Lizzie Cox says:

    This case is brilliant.
Really great case. Very happy. Easy to build in, lots of added conveniences. Great airflow with SP fans on front, airflow fans struggle with the dust filters. I have 2 fans on the cpu cooler, 2 exhaust and 3 intake. At full blast the case is a wind tunnel, if I stress test anything I can take the filters off and it drops a few degrees. Looks great, the glass is quite dark so hides a lot of cables and allows for RGB to really show off.

    Negatives:

Stock fans aren’t great, I suggest getting SP fans for front and top, airflow for exhaust at back.

Fan mounts are a little frail/thin, but no issues yet.

Hardrive cage will block airflow of bottom fan, but there are 2 mounts on the side for SSD’s. I managed to remove the HDD cage and cable tide my HDD in it’s tray to the bottom quite securely. This opened up the bottom for airflow, really helped the GPU and I presume the PSU too.

The Vertical mount for the GPU is just dog crap. Presses the GPU against thr glass and chokes it. You are better off getting a 3rd party vertical mount if you want to mount the gpu vertically. Note, I have no idea how that affects airflow, it may well impede temperatures or could even improve them, I suggest you research that.

    Amazing case, very slick desig
So I bought this for my first ever PC build and couldn’t be happier. The criteria were a mid tower ATX, average to smaller than the average as I don’t have that much space to place it in, plenty of airflow (so mesh front at least), black color, has some feet to raise it above the floor for PSU intake, and not look completely horrid! This ticked all the boxes, and went above and beyond those!

    The specs that matter are:
    MSI B450-A Pro Max
    CoolerMaster Hyper 212
    ROG Strix RTX 2080 Super
    Corsair RM750 PSU

They all fit wonderfully, with room to spare!

    Now, to the assembly part:
    – The panels pop off easily with just two screws holding them in place, and plenty of room in the back for cable management. The front IO cables even come pre-routed, and pre cable-tied. Mixed feelings regarding this as it kind of didn’t allow me to put new wires in that bundle without first cutting the existing cable tie.
    – The 3.5″ HDD drive cage is more of a nuisance rather than a feature. Even with a modular PSU, there is no way you can fit an ATX PSU and the hard drive cage. So unless you go SFX PSU, you’ll most likely end up sticking with SSDs. Not the end of the world, but something to look out for!

The front IO are few, but mighty! One type A 3.0, one type C, a headphone/mic 3.5mm audio jack combo, a reset button, and a power button. By simply having that type C, though, you always have a choice of going with a type C hub to expand your IO.

    General comments:
I’m loving the case! The only small quirk I found was the HDD drive. it comes with magnetic filter on the front, top, and bottom for PSU.

I’m very impressed with this case, I’ve built 4 different PC’s this year and this case is probably the best one I used in a build so far. It was a joy to build in. The build quality is high and everything went together easily with no problems.

Nice airflow to keep components cool, which was the main reason I chose this case.
Plenty of space for cable routing and places to cable tie loose cables.
Another thing to note is that if you are into
RGB fans then they show up nicely through the front of this case.

The front panel and mesh filter are easily removed making the job of cleaning dust very easy compared to many other cases.

If you are buying this case I recommend buying a couple of extra 120mm fans for the front intake.
Although it does come with one in the back and front you can fit another 2 in the front.

If I had to find anything to complain about I guess I could say the hard drive trays feel a little cheap and plastic compared to others who use metal. But this was not a problem for me and overall I’m very impressed with this case.

I even bought another one for my girlfriends PC 🙂

Upgraded my system with a Corsair iCUE H115i Elite Capellix 280mm Cooler and this 4000d Case. I previously had a Corsair 400c also in white but it was just a bit small, airflow wasn’t great and cable management was a struggle. I can say that this is not the case here.

    My System is running a X570 M/B with a 3700x, 16GB RAM, RTX 2060, 2x LL140 Fans (Front), 2x ML140 Fans (Top) and 1x LL120 Fan (Rear)

Everything about this case is just simple and well built, the tempered glass side panel, back panel and front filters just pop off. They are all secured tight when popped back in.

Cable management in this case was a pleasure with plenty of space in the back.

I couldn’t run 140mm Fans at the top of my 400c as they fouled on my VRM Cooling but that wasn’t a problem with the 4000d.

One thing to note is that there is not enough room to run a 280mm cooler at the front if you want the pipes at the bottom. This isn’t a big problem as long as the pump is lower than the top of the radiator as I have done. See JayzTwoCents and Gamers Nexus for more details on this.

The glass side panel is so clear it catches my eye every now and then and I think the panel is off.

Airflow through the front is great. My 3700x runs around 30c idle and 65c under load with the fans at 45%

The only problem I encountered was the front panel USB 3.0 connector was very tight when plugging it into my motherboard and it almost broke when I tried unplug it. A simple fix for this would be to buy USB 3.0 extension cable for inside. This also allows to hide the cable as it is quite bulky like all USB 3.0 Cables.
