study little box
This is a nice looking box which is easy big enough to store your keys ( when you remember). from the signal blocking point of view it appears to do as claimed. the fabric cage is not so useful in my opinion as its a bit bulky.
Fits both our car Keys in.
This box fits both our car keys in. It protects them against theft and also really helps us with finding our keys on a morning. Theyre allways left where theyre supposed to be!
The box looks very tidy, and its super durable. Thus far showing no signs of breaking.
We feel much more relaxed knowing our keys are safe.

Con : – You cant user apple AirTag anymore as it will block all the communication.
Essential for modern cars
Keyless entry systems are great for convenience but they can be overcome by criminals with a “relay” device. This essentially fools the car ainto thinking the key is nearer than it actually is. So an RFID box like this one is a sensible step in protecting your car.
The box is quite nicely made. With an almost leather like exterior and a soft interior. As well as the box you have a blocking pouch for your key when you are out and about. This is a little small for some modern keys but fitted mine fine. So be aware of some oversized keys might find this a bit snug. The box itself has plenty of room though and can house several keys. In terms of function, with my key inside the box my car didn’t detect it. Even when inside the car. However you need to make sure the box is closed.
An essential purchase for anyone with a car with keyless entry. Though I would add a caveat. Some cars may use a different systems, so I would advise testing yourself.
Signal blocking box for car keys and simila
This was smaller than I expected and clearly designed for car keys etc. The box comes with a key fob pouch for when you are out and about though it’s a tight fit to get your key fob into it, I guess it will become easier with time.
I wanted this for my zettle card reader, bank cards and my car keys. Sometimes my card reader decides to charge my phone when I am selling something, so a box that blocks the signal is great. I can pop my phone inside when using the card reader and vice versa.
It’s also useful to store the car keys when not in use. Just don’t leave it anywhere obvious or near the door. It’s a smart looking box and it’s well made.
blocks signals, looks nice, large enough to hold a few fobs. Pouch less useful, fob is a tight fit.
PROS
-blocks signals
-attractive box and pouch
-box is large enough to hold a few fob-equipped keys, plus a few lone keys.
CONS
-pouch too small to fit my not large key fob
NOTES
-box will not stay open on its own. Some may feel this is a feature (closed box is a complete faraday cage), but I use it to hold a bunch of different keys that I want to access as I leave my house, and I often only have only one hand free, and an open box means I can more easily grab a key. I close the box at night, when I feel I need the most security.
MY STAR RATINGS:
1* substandard, mostly cons
2** barely acceptable, cons outweigh the pros
3*** meets the basic requirements, cons balance the pros
4**** good product, pros outweigh the cons
5***** exceptional, all (or almost all) pros
Review and tes
This works, did Test and put a mobile phone the box, it lost network coverage. Called straight to Voice mail. Out the box working with coverage. Confirmation.
Walket is handy and works.
Hope this helps.
Very good quality signal blocking storage box for keys and cards
Very good quality signal blocking storage box for keys and cards. It looks and feels like it is well made with the suede material therefore worth the value of 10.99 which is the price at the time of writing this review. Inside it looks like it has a nice plastic metallic material. The box is a lovely nice size and keys as well as cards fit easily within the box. The box also has magnetic closure which is a fab feature. As it looks nice, it is nice to place it on any shelf in any room.
Additionally there is also a key pouch made of suede too and is of a reasonable size with a velcro fastening and keyring. Really happy with this car key box and definitely provides a piece of mind. I am happy with this well made, good quality key box.
Nice looking/well-built box, although RF blocking is not total, and am not sure I'll use the pouch
This is a nice looking box and a handy place to pop my keys and/or wallet of an evening. The key pouch it comes with is, in my mind, less useful. It appears more portable, but it is a bit bulky to take with you, and it is a bit fiddly getting the key in and out. I’m not sure how long the sewing will last along the hems, either — it looks a little rough. But the price seemed reasonable at the time just for the box on its own.
I wanted to test these items to confirm they block RF radiation. I tested them with a small Bluetooth device (2.45GHz) monitoring device because it was small enough to pop into both the box and the pouch. My phone was unable to connect to it even from close by when the device was inside the pouch and the pouch itself was also inside the box. However, with the device in either the box alone or in the pouch alone my phone could still connect to it and download data from it, albeit at a slower rate than normal. I suspect, therefore, that both pouch and box do indeed block a proportion of the signal, but for maximum security you might want to consider “nesting” your RF car fob or devices, putting them inside the pouch and then placing the pouch inside the box. Which would be a hassle everyday.
I have not tested similar boxes, so maybe this level of protection is typical of all such RF blocking products and perhaps they attenuate the signal enough to stop thieves using repeaters to steal your car. But it could be that these items do not offer quite enough “Faraday cage-level” protection to be used alone. The listing claims “impenetrable protection”, however…
Having said this, keyless car fobs tend to use a longer wavelength (315 or 433 MHz) compared to Bluetooth, so it is quite possible their blocking is better at these lower frequencies.
But it is a lovely looking and well made box, and the box is extremely convenient to use (very little overhead to lifting the lid and dropping your keys in).
