Geebond Wireless Switch Pro Controller for Nintendo Switch
Geebond Wireless Switch Pro Controller for Nintendo Switch Controller/Lite/OLED, LED Multi-Platform Windows PC/IOS/Android Remote with Cool RGB Light/Motion Control/Vibration/Turbo/Wakeup-Yellow

Awesome for gamers
This switch controller is perfect for gamers. The design is quite obviously inspired by Zelda and looks awesome. It is well printed and doesn’t feel like it will rub off after little use. It is really easy to connect it and start using it straight away.
The controller itself feels really well made and sturdy. The buttons have a nice feel to them, not cheap or flimsy and they don’t stick when you press them.
The battery life is not as long as the official controllers but it doesn’t feel like a huge problem to plug it in a bit more frequently, especially when the price is significantly lower for this one.
One of the biggest appeals of this controller is the RGB lighting. It looks great and really adds an extra bit of wow factor to it.
Overall, this seems to be a really well made controller that is perfect for any gaming fan. It looks great and is easy to use. I would highly recommend it.
Solid product at a good price
There are a lot of Nintendo switch controllers available on Amazon with a big range of price and quality available.
I’ve tested at least 10 different controllers and have tended to find the budget versions quite lacking so this was a pleasant surprise. At 17.99 this is towards the lower end of the price market but performed well for me on a range of games from Mario Kart to FIFA and Zelda.
Latency was low, battery life was reasonable and it was easy to set up and connect.
Pros:
– 17.99 at time of review, a very good price considering the official version is usually at least 3x this.
– Easy to connect and setup
– Size and shape are very close to the official controller
– Lighting is a nice touch
Cons:
– Suspect the lighting options do impact battery life. They are also tricky to control.
– It does feel a bit lightweight on occasion and I do prefer a heavier controller.
Overall this is a good controller at a very good price. It’s not the best on the market but considering the cost it would make a good replacement or second controller for many users. The design won’t be for everyone but it doesn’t impact on performance and I feel comfortable recommending this to any Switch user.
Great value switch pro style controlle
So, I ordered the Geebond Yellow Controller at 17.99 and, boy, the box worried me with the Call of Duty marketing images all over it… I was not expecting much. I unboxed it to find a controller reminiscent of the official Nintendo Switch pro controller.
Controller in Action:
RGB Extravaganza:
The nine vibrant colours and four LED modes make this controller a disco for your hands. From solid lights to rhythmic breaths, it’s all about setting the gaming mood. A cool feature, and it is actually helpful for knowing the controller is turned on, there isn’t much else to tell you this.
Styling Sensation:
With a matte finish, the controller feels comfortable and less slippery than its shinier counterparts. Joysticks resemble the originals, offering a seamless transition. The lower rear buttons opt for a trigger-style mechanism, enhancing grip.
Pro Features on a Budget:
Big, face buttons (A, B, Y, Z) offer a recognisable feel. The joystick texture prevents slipping, and the cool RGB circle beneath adds a visual treat. Despite a slightly cramped layout, the Geebond Yellow crams in pro features at a pocket-friendly price.
Button Blues:
One quirk worth mentioning is the buttons’ ‘mushy’ feel. While the main buttons (A, B, Y, Z) are sizeable and visually appealing, pressing them lacks the satisfying click found in premium controllers. It’s a minor letdown for gamers who crave that tactile response, I also found the sticks are not super satisfying, these are minor issues given the value of the controller but worth noting.
Getting Started:
Initial setup had its quirks. To kickstart the Geebond Yellow, a wired connection to the Switch was necessary. It felt a tad fiddly compared to seamless wireless setups of other controllers. However, once past this initial hurdle, the controller played nice with the Switch and the waking also works perfectly which is often something third party controllers struggle with
In a world where controllers range from basic to bank-breaking, the Geebond Yellow stands tall. It may not duel with triple-digit titans, but for 17.99, it’s a gaming companion that won’t disappoint. Comfortable, feature-packed, and boasting an aesthetic punch, it earns a spot in the gaming arsenal. Ready, set, RGB!
Good value controlle
I really like the Geebond Wireless Switch Pro Controller it works well.
The design is cool with a black and gold colours, the feel of the pad is nice, it has like a soft grip texture on the face with a matt black finish on the back and also has some led lights around the analogue sticks.
It connected easily to my switch, I’ve also been using on a retro games pc too.
The face buttons, triggers and bumper all feel good to press and respond well as do the analogues, no drifting and feel solid to use.
The only thing I did find is when plugged in to charge using the supplied USB c cable it moves up and down a little and could possibly get damaged if charging and using at the same time with young children, not much of an issue though.
Overall a nice looking switch controller that works well, can be used on pc and is good value for the price.
Fantastic Controlle
A really nice looking controller in my opinion, perhaps it’s not for everyone, but the design really speaks to me. If I had to hazard guess I would say it has a legend of Zelda aesthetic. The RGB lights look quite nice as well.
Is this the best third-party controller I’ve used? No but it’s not terrible. In fact it’s actually very good and it could even be one of the best controllers I’ve used in this price point, it has everything I want.
None of the buttons feel too mushy, which is good and the directional pad is surprisingly good as usually this is the first thing to fail the test. I absolutely love the face buttons. They feel very nice under the thumb. The bumper buttons are also good and the triggers whilst a slightly long travel time are also pretty decent.
Speaking of Zelda, this is the only game that I’ve used the gyro for, but it worked perfectly aiming felt pretty precise.
I’ve only used this on the switch, but it was very easy to set up. If I had friends round, I would be just as happy to use this controller as any other. It certainly wouldn’t be the one you give to that annoying friend.
It’s comfortable to hold and doesn’t feel too cheap despite the price tag. Controllers have come along way since the days of old and this shows.
At 17.99. I think this is an absolute fantastic controller. Whilst it will give you a run for the money, it won’t go toe to toe with the controllers priced in the three digit range, but you won’t have much of a disadvantage either. I’m actually very happy with this controller and wholeheartedly recommend it.
Great controller for the value
This wireless switch controller has multiple colour and LED light modes, and while it is primarily aimed at the Nintendo Swift, it has some compatibility with other platforms such as iOS, Android, and Windows. It includes motion control for Switch games and a one-key wake-up function. The specified 800mAh battery provides a reasonable length of gameplay. The controller offers both wireless and wired connections, although not all modes will work on all platforms, and includes vibration and haptic feedback for Switch and Windows PCs. So far, so good.
This Nintendo-compatible controller has an appealing front design, or ‘skin.’ It has all the standard control features that are expected of a controller, and so it not only looks good but is also easy to use. Switch users will find the controls very familiar, and the differences are easily adapted to. In general, I found that there are numerous positive aspects to this device, including a satisfactory level of haptic feedback and the inclusion of a turbo button, a feature absent in the regular Switch controllers.
I really like the following features:
The case features a front matte finish that minimises fingerprints, preserving the device’s attractiveness. The connection lights are bright, and the joysticks closely resemble the originals, making it easy to transition between controllers. The lower rear buttons employ a trigger-style mechanism for added grip. Pairing is straightforward and convenient. The price is really good too, especially given the feature set, and I have seen plenty of compatible controllers that are twice this price.
There is not much to dislike that is significant. Perhaps the button layout feels a little cramped when reaching for the turbo button in particular. Also, the underside is smooth and does not provide much extra grip. That’s about it, and for the price, it is a bit of a no-brainer.
good wireless bluetooth switch controller with many other uses
This switch controller is really handy for using on the go due to its super light design.
The front gold and black designed surface looks really cool with glowing lights around the stick controllers that are super vibrant colours which I loved.
It’s powered via a built-in battery, and this lasted about 3 hours on average depending on game, settings and distance from the console. It’s charged via the modern USB-C port and supplied cable, which is good to see, and charges take a few hours but you can still play while its charging. The cable also serves to be able to plug it into a PC (will only work with pc via the cable) and had fairly good response times, just wish I could configure all the buttons to my choice.
The shape feels a lot like an Xbox controller so if you are switching from Xbox or used to that shape controller then this one is a super easy transition and has the buttons in the same areas but be aware the A and B plus Y and X are switched around.
Overall, its currently priced at 17.99 and this is good value for money.
Feels Solid, Responsive. Good Click on Buttons. Noisy vibration motors.
Things I like about this controller:
– It feels solid. The plastic feels like quality, and it doesn’t bend or creak when you try to twist it in your hands.
– The A,B,X,Y buttons have a good click to them. They require a bit more force to push down compared to the Official Nintendo Pro Controller, and they give a more definite ‘click’ feel.
– The dead zone in the middle of the analog sticks is small.
– The vibration motor feels stronger than the official pro controller.
– The plastic on the top of the controller has a silk-like finish, which feels nice in your hand.
– The lights on the front of the controller look good, but you can also turn them on or off using a button on the back of the controller (press and hold it for three seconds).
– You can set the colours / effects on the front lights by pushing and holding the light button on the back and using the analog sticks on the front.
Things I’m indifferent to:
– The controller feels lighter than the official pro controller.
– It has a turbo mode, but enabling/disabling it seems to be a bit hit or miss.
Things I dislike:
– The vibration motor is very loud (see my attached video). You’re not going to wake the neighbours or anything, but it’s definitely noticable compared to the official pro controller.
Over all I really like this controller, especially at the price of 18 at time of review. The only reason for not giving it 5 stars is the volume of the vibration.
Excellent third party controller , design is close to official pro controller, extra control.
This controller works well with my Switch , iPad and windows PC over Bluetooth. A usb lead is included , A to C for charging.
Modelled very closely to the official pro controller for the switch , it is very familiar. It has a nice soft finish with a Zelda inspired pattern on it. The thumb sticks I prefer to my pro controller and they also have an RGB light around both of them. I will mainly use it for Switch , but you can use it with pc through steam and it worked fine on IOS too , see video.
There are turbo functions the manual gives enough detail here on how to use them, the manual is very clear, but has a very small font. You can alter the intensity of the vibration motor , change animations and colours of the thumb stick lights. The motor and gyroscope both work well on testing.
You should note that the controller comes in a ‘locked mode’ pressing both thumb sticks for three seconds will remove it. This is so the battery doesn’t get used in transit.
Just under seventeen pounds is good value if you think of the price of the original and while this maybe slightly less durable , many functions are an upgrade on the original.
Recommended.
