Sugar free electrolytes
I am on a sugar free diet and have found these tabs to be a great part of my recovery routine. They dissolve fast and have no after taste. I feel energised and refreshed afterwards. Would recommend to anyone on a sugar reduced diet or even if just looking for some electrolytes after exercise
Makes nice re-hydration drink
I use these for hydration but also for having different flavoured drinks. Mixes well and has good taste, and certainly removes the taste of chlorine in the water. Have both tried the berry flavour (which is great) and the citrus flavour (good but not as good). Once accidentally got the berry flavour with caffeine which I didn’t like. It didn’t resemble the berry flavour at all. Main downside is price, which is quite steep.
Best electrolytes on the marke
Needed something that had no sugar or calories but also contains good electrolytes, drinks in shops are expensive but have sugar so not any good for me, however came across these, they are brilliant so good definitely keeps me hydrated without having to drink too much water, great price too ordered blackcurrant flavour as it was the cheapest definitely recommend
I tried different flavours previously from this brand and this one is the tastiest, not too strong, very refreshing. Also extremely useful on a keto diet, took away the initial lightheaded feeling when I started the die
When u need more energy, reach for more electrolytes one tablet in a bottle of water and it soon picks up ur energy. Better than fake marketed drinks as they cost far more and more damage to your insides. These are a must for hot day, dehydration and general fitness.
I’ve been using HIGH5 Zero Hydration Tablets for probably a year now – after hearing Dr. Andrew Huberman talk about the importance of hydration before your morning coffee. The concept of hydrating first thing in the morning, and waiting 90 minutes before having caffeine, so I looked for a cost effect way to follow this and gave these a try.
Since this idea has gained popularity though, I’ve noticed a bit of a price hike in these kinds of products, which is a bit annoying. To be fair, what hasnt gone up in price lately!

They dissolve easily in water, and I’ve found them to be a great way to ensure I start my day well-hydrated. I just drop them in a pint and then neck it a minute later to get goign in the morning.
zero calorie is great, this was a must as i fast until about 2pm, so didnt want any calories.

After discovering the wonders of hydration tablets, I went on a personal mission to try as many as possible. Now having tried probably every major brand and flavour they do, i’ve come to the final conclusion that the High5 Tropical hydration tablets are the best you can get.
First of all, the flavour is the best available. It’s a nice subtle mix of tropical fruits, I personally think it tastes a little like Pina Colada. This may not be to everyone’s taste, but I think it’s the best from this brand. The other flavours are either weak or taste totally unlike the advertised name.
Secondly, because of their actual ability to help rehydrate. As someone who takes anxiety medication, I end up overheating a lot easier than the average person. This means the hotter summer days take a lot out of me, and I need to rehydrate a lot more often. I find these tablets help immense, reducing headaches and muscular pains associated with dehydration. I tend to have 2 a day, one in the morning when I wake up feeling a bit dried up, and another later in the day when I feel like I need it.
Oh, and also they are a miracle for hangovers. One of these before bed after a few too many beers and you’ll feel much better the following morning. They’ve saved me from many hungover shifts at work.
So in conclusion, if you want to rehydrate while sipping something that actually tastes good (and occasionally battle hangovers) then you best invest in some of these.
