Clocking in and out of the office has been revolutionised with this device. Its intuitive reporting has given clarity on work hours, making managerial decisions smoother. The automatic features, from lunchtime deductions to overtime calculations, have streamlined many manual tasks. With its self-service feature, it has empowered employees and simplified administrative duties.

This comes well packaged in a branded cardboard box.

A lightweight unit that was surprisingly easy to set up. The instructions provided are very informative. There are four options for clocking in and out- RFID (5 cards provided), fingerprint, facial recognition or PIN code.

Providing your team use it correctly (and if you use this for pay they have a vested interest to do so) it will clock time started, break times, finish time, overtime all much better than a paper system. Easier for staff and easier for admin. You get useful reports out of the system which make it easier for payroll.

    A professional set up.

Managing employee attendance has been much smoother with this machine. The intuitive reporting system provided clear insights into hours logged, eliminating the guesswork. The break-time tracking ensured my team took their well-deserved breaks. One of the standout features has been the automatic lunchtime deduction. No more manual adjustments; it does the math for me. Handling overtime has also been simplified, especially distinguishing between daily and weekly extra hours. It’s streamlined thewholeprocess.

This is a good clocking machine for small businesses. It makes the whole process more simple and convenient. It was quite simple to set up which was surprising.
It works well, I haven’t come into any issues so far and would definitely recommend. It has a decent price of 149.

I noticed people happy & not happy with how it’s programmed.

    1. The set up of mounting it was pretty easy.

    2. The Internet part was a little different.
    – it didn’t show on the manual how to change the numbers to letters to put the password on the internet.

    – after checking out the system I learned from one of the options it had that if I press the arrows facing left or right I could Change the option of letters to numbers.

    3. Then I tried the usb for password didn’t work. I may have skipped a step but luckily I was able to insert the wifi password myself.

    4. Then I created a admin user because it said you can’t do much if you don’t have a admin registered.

    5. The face password I took off because it kept clocking me in & out without a confirmation if that’s what I wanted to do.

But I believe haven’t tested it out. After I took it off I found a setting that removes automatic clock in. So I’m not sure if that’s how you fix the problem.

    6. I also want to know if there is a system for on the go employees. A app for them. To clock in there breaks if there not near the system. And since it’s via wifi, it would be great to save the information and when they get back to the office they go on there app and upload there break times in via WiFi. As a employee.

Because many of my employees leave the property and come back but they wouldn’t be able to upload the exact time of there break in and out.

Maybe a option for them to insert it when they arrive directly to the machine would be great.

    7. Past theory to test if the product works. Is to use it my self. Because I notice someone said they couldn’t download the hours. So I don’t want to have a huge problem like that. So I decided to clock in and out myself for the next week. And if the memory and download is good I’ll be able to use it with the employees.

    Update:

So it doesn’t have a break feature. So the girls get confused and they don’t put in the time correctly and that’s more time consuming.

It also doesn’t have a availability for employee app for on the go it’s only a one site set up.

It definitely okay but I wouldn’t recommend it.

When I decided to get this for our small business, I was hopeful that it would meet our needs. I did run into an issue with resetting the password but after a while, I figured it out. Despite the initial hiccup, I was pleased with just how easy it was to set up my staff and add all their information.

In general, I think this is a machine for small businesses like ours. However, there is one feature that I wish was available – the ability for employees using the time clock to log into the app and see their punches. Currently, we have to print out their records for them, which can be cumbersome. It would be great if this feature could be added to the next version or model.

The process of recording employee attendance has been made simple in my workplace. The employees use a fingerprint scanner to clock in and out, which has proven to be an efficient and effortless method. The device itself has an inbuilt activity log, so I have the convenience of reviewing the attendance records right there on the device. In addition, it comes with a USB stick that allows me to download the attendance report and view it on my computer at my convenience.

The time clock device is easy to use and requires minimal setup. To begin with, I create a profile for each employee, then scan their fingerprint, and set the time and date. The employees can then clock in and out by scanning their fingerprints, which automatically logs the time. This process has eliminated any errors that may have occurred with a manual system and has made it easier to track employee attendance patterns.

Our workplace is relatively small, and the device has been perfect for our usage. However, it’s worth noting that it has the capability to track attendance for larger teams. While it’s not a high-end device, it’s reasonably priced and has proven to be reliable and straightforward to use. Overall after the initial hiccup, the time clock has been an excellent choice for my workplace. I do feel it is slightly overpriced, considering the other options on the market.

Hope this review helps someone out.

My cousin runs a small craft business and I thought this would be an excellent device to support her- to which she has provided feedback for this review:
*A really nice size- not too bulky or heavy, whilst being big enough that it can be used properly.
*Set up was straight forward and didn’t feel like it required a IT expert to set up.
    *No hidden costs/fees.
*Calculates work time effectively rather than having to apply some level of guess work.
*Makes organising wages/ looking at productivity a lot easier.
*Far more secure than using a paper system which can very easily go missing or be misplaced.
All in all very impressive for the monies

This is is good little digital clocking in machine that looks good small, stylish and discrete and it does everything you need it too
Included is some mounting screws and wall plugs, a power supply, usb stick and 5 ID cards, and instructions
Its quite easy to set up though its all button operated
There’s 5 ID cards each serial numbered and can be assigned to an employee but there’s a finger print reader which works just as well and just as quick
Once you have set the timers up for eg: setting break times Over time etc you can choose your own system it will then keep track and you can download it to the USB Stick that’s included to make things easy especially if you want use the data for spreadsheets etc on PC
The unit ID mostly plastic with a black glossy finish the LCD screen is bright and clear but everything is touch button there’s no touch screen features
The time and date is clear its easy to opperate and voice prompt will communicate to employees if there fingerprint wasn’t read or ID fails it tells you right away and to re try which is quick and clear
It’s very useful and effective i would say its ideal for small businesses offices family business etc

4.0 out of 5 stars Very useful for offices and business

This machine can be a bit difficult and daunting to get to grips with initially, but it’s an effective clocking in machine once set up.

Employees can clock in and clock out themselves, meaning less work and less hassle for the admin teams.

As with a lot of these machines, there’s always users who will find a way to bypass the system, but admins are able to add manual entries and edit where necessary.

With automatic calculations on overtime hours, it makes monitoring and managing time worked out of hours a lot easier too.

It also comes with cars included, so you’ve got everything you need out of the box.

All in all, it’s a good solution for small businesses and the like.

4.0 out of 5 stars A good solution for small businesses.
