I bought it as a gift I was a bit disappointed that there wasn’t any coffee pods within the box also I had a strong feeling this was opened before just the way it was packed and packaged

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersThe pros – the Lavazza makes a terrific cup of espresso with the Intenso 13/13 pods. Any of the cons are worth that alone! It’s a lovely looking piece of kit and sensuous to touch. The pods are recyclable and cheaper than those of the large rival.
Now for the cons. The water tank is too small, not easy to lift off and does not have a hinged lid. Also, the collecting container for used pods is much too small and awkward to remove for emptying, which has to be done every 3 or 4 cups.

I was very skeptical about capsule coffee machine, but decided to try this one given moderate price. And it turned out to be really good. Easy to use and clean, coffee is very good. And I especially like the design.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersAs my first coffee machine, I was looking to save some from buying coffees everyday from Costa and this machine is so impressive! Compact, neat and easy to use. It’s very stylish and fits in well with my kitchen. The pods are relitively cheap if bought in bulk when deals are on. Also so quick and easy to clean! Cannot fault it.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersBrought , I confess on a bit of a whim and being sucked in by Black Friday (oh the shame). We had used a Nespresso machine at our daughters whilst staying recently and liked it more than we thought we would. (usually Cafetiere household) and got used to it. less waste in a left over pot.
We were attracted , as well as by the starter level price, by its use of eco pods. Disappointing to find that they have to be composted commercially as our council does not collect food waste , not even at the tip. Will try in our compost bin and see what happens.
Makes a nice brew, bit larger than expresso size but I just add water/milk to it as needed.
No idea what blending power means in context of this capsule using machine so not rated.
