Perfect Solution for Baby-Proofing Our Fireplace!

Ok Baby edge protecto
The baby edge and corner protector is well padded and bulky which is really good but the adhesive tape isn’t. I think its the due to the thickness of the protector and so the tape provided was small for it and so, it couldn’t hold top the table properly.
Humpty Dumpty had a great fall
Great padding for those hard edges – Our little climber likes to get up on things and while not great on her feet will try anything… This bumper has given great peace of mind.
It sticks well, doesn’t fall off.
It is thick enough to stop most tears.
It’s easy to put on except for the long edges that require you to put on the 3m tape yourself.
All in all great value for money. Plenty enough to share with grandparents too.

Big value pack
This is a big value pack of foam edges to protect your baby for furniture etc.
I the pack you get a massive 4 metre roll of cut to size edging, a roll of double sided tape to fix it in place, and eight corner protectors.
This is so easy to fit. You literally just cut the role to size and fix it in place with double sided tape. The same goes for the corners, Just press it down firmly for a good stick. I like that it’s black as it blends in quite well and it’s very padded so it feels nice and safe. In the past I’ve stuck this to all sorts of surfaces and furniture and it’s never caused any marks or been difficult to remove. It’s really good value as you get so much and it does last for a long time.
Does the job.
I requested this item for a child who is starting to pull himself up on the furniture.
Positives: Good quality, easy to fit and provides peace of mind.
Negatives: Some more corners would be useful. More expensive per metre than other similar products.
This product is a necessity in modern homes where there are babies and toddlers. My experience with 3m adhesive products assures me that the protectors will stick well but I’m not so sure about how easy and damage free they’ll be on removal. It’s a good product but there are very similar items offered at a lower price so I’d advise a bit of research.
Excellent value protector kit for babies big and small.
A very good set of edge and corner protectors at a good price. They can be used on the edges and corners of a variety of materials, and stick well. They can be cut to fit.
Great product but just not enough
This is a truly great product for protecting little (and adult ‘hic’) heads from sharp edges, it is wider than it appears in the pictures (circa 1″ x 1″) but there just isn’t enough provided for the amount it costs (13) which is why I have only given it 4 stars. You get 4m plus 8 corners – I would have preferred to see a minimum of 6m to make this good value and 8m to be exceptional value.
Nice colour and easy to install
A lovely safety feature. A good amount in the roll for my needs but it takes a suprising amount to cover edges so I could see how people with larger areas would struggle. It is good thickness for cushioning. I’ve used on my harth around fireplace. The corners come with the adhesive already attached – it would be better if the strips would come with this also to make install easier.
Very thick foam
Already have something similar but seeing its days, this is my new replacement thinking that it will be the same but this one is much more thicker, protrudes a little more than others but if that doesnt bother you then you do have something that is a lot more protective for your little ones.
Standard foam tape though a little sticker and it did remove some of the paint off my table when readjusting but I wasnt to bothered as long as I knew it will provide peace of mind protection for my children.
Perfect to protect that annoying edges
Big chunky black foam with high quality 3M double sided tape included.
The corners are pre-fitted with 3M tape on all internal sides to make things easy.
The main long strip is bare but an ample sized roll of 3M tape is included for that.
I have a heavy wooden bed with sharp square edges that just doesn’t move when your legs catches it hidden under the quilt and bruises like crazy!
The width was less than 2 corners but they were easy to cut down to make a perfect neat fit.
I used the 3M tape on the top and front edge ready for the main strip which stuck nicely to it although “grew” a little as it was put into place so needed a little extra trimming when I got to the final corner.
Made a nice net job and now my legs can be protected from further bruises – great value kit with plenty left if I need it elsewhere.

Very good quality edging, gives lots of protection to sharp edges and corners. Presented in a self-sealing bag, this edging is easy to trim and apply as it includes a roll of adhesive strip. The material feels thick enough to protect against injury and returns to its original shape after being pressed. The fact it can also be cleanly removed when no longer needed is a bonus.
1cm thick padding
More than enough padding to go round our dining room table which our G-kids have taken a liking to headbutting lately.
The 8 preformed 90 degree corners which have the clear 3m branded double sided tape applied to them will be useless on a round table, but luckily the single 4m length of edging would do the job itself.
Included with the kit is a 4m role of 3m double sided tape for you to attach to the long strip which you can cut down to lengths to suit whatever you want to protect .
A firm yet soft to the touch foam this is quite thick and does dramatically change the visual appearance of whatever it is applied to.
