Dogs favourite
This is great for my daughters dog who has a very sensitive tummy and he tolerates this well and does look forward to his dinner
So I would recommend this
His favourite being cottage pie
superb!
Lily’s Kitchen wet dog food has become a staple in my furry friend’s diet, and for good reason! Packed with hearty goodness and wholesome ingredients, it’s a meal that leaves my dog licking his lips in satisfaction every time.
What’s truly impressive is Lily’s Kitchen wet dog food is fair on price with this seller. As a pet owner, I appreciate being able to provide my dog with nutritious meals without breaking the bank.
Meat, vegetables, and essential nutrients, ensures my dog gets the nourishment he needs to thrive.
Excellent value
This is a high quality product (and my dog’s favourite) and a great price. Works out a fair bit cheaper than the supermarket so will happily purchase again. A nice selection too so no chance of boredom (not that my dog would ever get bored around food, just like his mum)!
The variety pack is very good, Except the Fish Based variety which is in the pack. Unfortunately my aged small dog turns her nose up at this therefore it is a waste. This means there has been wastage when buying the varity pack which contains the fish product. Other wise would recommend for sensitive diets
My fussy Toy Poodle eats it instantly
We have a very fussy 3-yo Toy Poodle who never was interested in dog food. We tried so many different dog food products (e.g. PG, BC, HT, NR, FG) but she just wouldn’t touch it and begs for human food instead. After changing the food to Lilly, we are so surprised how quickly she finishes her food. We tried 5, 6 different favours, and she loved them all. It’s probably 3 or 4 times more expensive than the dog food we used to give but it is so nice to see her having a healthy appetite and enjoying the food.
Great food to encourage a poorly dog
Our dog was recently unwell, and was out off his food. This made it difficult to give him his meds too
I bought this as a substitute for 3 other brands, which failed to entice him to eat. He reliably finishes the plate, which is a great relief
The only thing is, he is an elderly dog and occasionally toilets in our kitchen. Although we have LVT tiles and mostly cleans with ease, the tiles are fairly light and something in this food causes it to stain with a yellowish tinge… Obviously not a problem of your dog doesn’t toilet indoors or you have darker flooring.
Lily’s Kitchen is a bit pricy but worth it. Quality seems good and smells more like real food. What I think doesn’t matter though – my dog’s opinion is favourable so that’s good enough for me! We inherited our 7 year old cockapoo at the end of May 2023 so feeding time took a bit of experimenting! He has the biscuits that came with him (flipping enormous bag), winalot meaty chunks juat to eek out the bank balance and Lily’s Kitchen. I use big tins but usually have the little trays in too in case I run out or we have a day out!
I have a 2 year old cocker spaniel who has always had an issue with her food. She’s extremely fussy and very often is sick after eating or her stools are very loose. I tried her on lots of different brands, wet and dry and nothing seem to help. Things would be OK for a while but she’d go off her food and sometimes not touch it all day. I even tried the more expensive brands and same thing. I have always known about Lillys kitchen but at 2.50 a tin I just could not justify it. My dog has 2 tins a day, so that would be 35 a week or 140 a month!!!
Anyway I came across the Amazons offer, they sell 6 for 10.80 and when you subscribe its even cheaper. I bought a few tins for her to try and it’s worked out perfectly.
Usually when I open a tin of food she actually walks off. This time she was stood next to the counter top, excited for her meal! Something she hadn’t done since she was a puppy.
I gave her a little bit of it for her to taste and she did the same thing she does when you give her a high value treat e.g a bit of steak, or liver which is she starts trembling!
So I gave her the food and she ate it all right away!
Nothing was wrong with her appetite after all. She just didn’t like the nasty food with all the horrible meat meal, rendering etc.
She’s has no issues with stools etc and meal times are once again very exciting for her – just like its meant to be!
My subscription means the tins cost 1.53 each which is 53p more than the 1 I was spending the previous stuff so its not that bad and Its well worth it.
You also need to feed your dog less of this stuff as it’s so nutritious. I give her the upper recommended amount which is a tin and a quarter which she seems happy with.
So definitely worth the switch and I think 1.53 is a decent price. Its expensive for a reason!
