We purchased this for use in our rental cars. There were two sockets we could use .... And the one we selected - the adapter that got stuck in the socket ... we contacted Listen while on vacation and they replied - repeatedly within 24 hours in different ways to try and get the adapter removed from socket. When all else failed … they provided replacement for our next adventure!
